Incredibly frustrating- rang and spoke to Cathy in Southampton this morning. Very friendly. I explained that having identified their product we had previously nominated them to supply a ladder kit and that our subcontractor was messing us around so we needed to confirm if, as we had been told, a ladder kit had already been ordered. I was told repeatedly that F H Brundle could not help me for reasons of confidentiality so I have no way to know if my subcontractor is misleading us. All I wanted to do was make sure we ordered their ladder kits once. I'm sorry but I don't see we have any choice but to go elsewhere. If we could have used your ladder kits, perhaps this could have been a 5* review instead.
