Is there any vacancy available for Mpharm chemistry fresher....?

I was interviewed by HR Manager Mrs. Swarupa Mohite of Ferring Therapeutics and she shortlisted me for the position of HR Executive and asked me to come at her office with salary slip and on the day when I had to meet her she said she is busy and will get back to me. I waited for a week for her call but she didn't call me. I called her again after a week, she said same I will give you a call back. I patiently handled her but she didn't call me. I gave her a final call today and all she kept me waiting for 10days to say we hired someone else.

That's so unprofessional, I have never seen such a Manager. Mrs. Swarupa Mohite holds 20years of experience but doesn't look like she has even a week of experience into HR. She doesn't know how to recruit. Once you mark a profile SHORTLISTED ON NAUKRI, you need to give a feedback or update your candidate about the same but she took my interview process for 3weeks and kept me in a hope of giving a job.
