I used to love Ferrero products, but it's 2020 - when are you going to introduce vegan products?

Love Nutella and those nice chocolate pralines they make. Great stuff.

Our family will not be using ANY of your products until you start using sustainable palm oil. SHAME ON YOU.

Palm Oil is used in all Ferrero products. There is a huge Code of Ethics booklet to download but not once does it mention the deforestation and devastation caused to the environment. They could be using sustainable palm oil..... such a huge company should be ashamed of themselves. They could be leading the way for us to 'do the right thing'..... now wouldn't that sound better written somewhere in the Code of Ethics booklet?? Come on Ferrero!!

Nice products but not so nice to work for. Don't even get a THANK YOU card after 10 years of service.

Absolutely appalling ,I received a Ferrreo Easter egg this Easter as a gift, when opened was all colour distorted and obviously not fit for human consumption. I contacted the cork office and was referred the UK office which I emailed with photos but to no response ,I then contacted customer service to be told they are not responding to customer queries att the moment so I insisted this this was something I wanted an answer to ASAP. Iv given my number and was told that maybe somebody will call me back.Given the nature of this complaint I find the attitude totally irresponsible. I willnotbe purchasing from this company ever again and I do wish i could display the product here as it is disgusting

I love tic tacos I think there should be a curry flavour tho they are rlly peng tho
