Super service from Feriepartner - both before and after the stay! (We did not need any help during the stay, so that in itself is nice) Beautiful cottage with good cleaning!
We booked 2 weeks, the house smelled very old and damp - we could get another one, but only for a week. I.e. we went back home after a week. More costs, less vacation. And now the big end - supposedly we have used so much electricity within a week (around 250!) That the bottom line is that the difference is zero. After many emails, it cleared up. After all. An apology would still have been nice.

VERY bad experience with Feriepartner Because Denmark has closed its borders to tourists, Feriepartner has let us SELF cancel the trip so that we (according to the lease) canceled ourselves and therefore have to pay 20% of the travel sum. We were given the choice of a voucher or cancel ourselves with a 20% fee and had to decide within 4 days. We cannot go on holiday next year and therefore have to pay the 20% cancellation fee. Really no chance to earn 20% on a service not delivered !!
Always friendly and serviceminded staff and a rich selection of lovely houses. My whole childhood holidays were held in Tversted, so it is always a kind of homecoming to return - and that feeling is supported in the finest way by the sweet staff at Feriepartner.
