*****AVOID THIS COMPANY!******* The owner, Wagih (Omnia) Kilani, is extremely unprofessional. My patient & family were forced to be without nursing staff because Mrs. Kilani deposited my payroll check, not once but twice, knowing she did not have funds in the issuing account to cover the payroll check. Mrs. Kilani, has refused to pay me for the hours I worked. I ve since filed a wage claim against her and I m looking into a Civil Suit against her for discrimination because I have proof they told me they couldn t pay me because Medi-cal/Medicare reduced the payout rates, which was false. The reduction doesn t take place until 01.01.18 and it s a minuet reduction overall. The disheartening part is that it s the patient that ultimately suffers because they re left without nursing care. I am not the first nurse they ve stolen wages from. I am not the first nurse who s patient & family were denied nursing staff due to AAA Nursing Services, Inc. s owner, Wagih (Omnia) Kilani and her husband, Sean Hyder (supposed payroll manager), stealing wages from their nursing staff. My patient was suppose to be visited by RN every two to three months, to re-evaluate the patient and LVN medication logs, that never happened. My patient was suppose to have two additional nurses to cover days I was off, that never happened. They would send out seasoned nurses yet they weren t equipped with the skill set necessary to handle the patient case. AAA Nursing Services, INC., also has an office in Canoga Park...It s the SAME company! I am not a disgruntled former employee. I am a nurse who advocates for her patient & I do not want any other nurse, patient, and/or patient family to go through what my patient & I have with AAA Nursing Services, Inc. Please consider another company for your loved ones Home Health needs.

HORRIBLE company to work for. You have to beg them to pay you! I worked for the whole month of November and didn't see my first paycheck until Dec 15 !!! And when they do finally pay you... they give you a check with with insufficient funds. I ended up with a negative balance on my bank acct. and they placed a 2 week hold on my check. To top it all off its been 3 months and they still owe me money. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE BILLS TO PAY OR A FAMILY TO SUPPORT. SMDH
