I bought my Honda Pilot from Patterson Nissan, then came to Tower to check on recalls. Staff here are personable, friendly and efficient. While installing the two outstanding updates they discovered my battery was bad and replaced it under warranty at no cost to me. I thought the folks at Patterson were pleasant and capable. Honestly these folks at Tower Honda are giving them a run for the money.
