The Maison Fendi is wonderful. You find yourself in the most unbridled luxury: from bags, to clothes and splendid furs. The 1700 building, formerly the residence of the Boncompagni Ludovisi family, also houses a complex of 7 VIP suites. On the top floor the Japanese restaurant Zuma and, dulcis in fundo, the panoramic terrace which is a must. Here it is possible to drink excellent cocktails during the night while admiring the beauty of the eternal city

Tremendous. I bought a belt and a tie, both gifts. They put the tie in it without a case without an envelope without ANYTHING inside a long folded envelope. The seller could not make cash and the receipt in an envelope OF THE LETTERS. Never again, only online from now on.
bad experience I went to repair a bag that had broken the internal strap to close it, not only the change would be paid, but being out of production (a classic bag bought 3 years ago) told me that it was no longer possible to change it. I am stunned, a scholarship paid 800/1000 can not be adjusted. I would have expected at least one solution anyway and more availability besides the fact that I had to wait 30/40 minutes before the verdict. I was very bad, I will not be back for other purchases.

I love Fendi and all the boutiques of Via dei Condotti. Fendi remains the most beautiful for me, it has a magnificent wooden staircase inside. The staff is very kind, I recommend to take a ride just to observe the fantastic collections of 2019. I would buy every garment! All beautiful!

We visited the store while in Rome on September 3rd. When I walked into the store, I initially thought the associates were lovely until I noticed that one of the associates was following us around the store. She walked about 8-10 feet behind us the entire time we were at the store. I buy lots of designer goods and I've shopped around the world - Paris, Tokyo, London, etc. And I've never been followed around in any store anywhere. I even had on a designer bag, sneakers, and sunglasses while I was in the store so I think that her behavior was just simply racist. She didn't even ask us if she could help us with anything, she just followed us around both downstairs and upstairs. I also didn't see her following anyone else around. Until this store learns how to treat their customers, I'd advise that no one visit. Go somewhere else to spend your money.
