High end store with friendly and courteous staff. Very easy to find in champs elysee and easy to get in and out of. Their selection is always current and staff wears gloves when handling the merchandise.

We arrived 5 minutes before closing, presenting the card to get the watch, the agent let us in, and the reception was perfect (as if we had arrived Pdt the usual hours).

Always a pleasure to come to the store and meet the service to perform the maintenance of my parts.
The work is perfect!
Beautiful shop even if the Rue de la paix is prettier for my taste ... but the service is always at the appointment.
And even if you are in a luxury home, you feel at ease! Not like some shop with a semblance of luxury!

They were very polite and friendly, but staff had less knowledge than I did about their own line of optical frames.
They could not reply my questions properly due to lack of information and did not offer to research and then get back in touch.
Keep in mind that my review is based on a visit to the shop about 3 years ago so the staff might have changed since then.
Same thing happened near Vandome.
I was very disappointed and frustrated since those boutiques are considered flagships. They should have extensive knowledge of what they are selling and what they have sold.
