High end store with friendly and courteous staff. Very easy to find in champs elysee and easy to get in and out of. Their selection is always current and staff wears gloves when handling the merchandise.

We had to pick up the watch (in revison and interview) from a friend.
We arrived 5 minutes before closing, presenting the card to get the watch, the agent let us in, and the reception was perfect (as if we had arrived Pdt the usual hours).

Surprisingly snobbish to start with. Difficult to get anyone to help initially. Once we did get help the guy helping us was very nice, friendly and professional. But probably a good idea to dress up a bit if you want excellent service from the word go...

Bought my wife's eternity ring here 3 years ago, we've in again today just to have a look. The staff are just as welcoming and friendly as ever, yes I know they're going you'll but something, but they were very gracious after spending quite sometime trying to find a particular thing that would fit my wife, unfortunately, the only one they had was in Nice, which would have arrived after we left for home.

They were very polite and friendly, but staff had less knowledge than I did about their own line of optical frames.

I was very disappointed and frustrated since those boutiques are considered flagships. They should have extensive knowledge of what they are selling and what they have sold.
