I went to repair a bag that had broken the internal strap to close it, not only the change would be paid, but being out of production (a classic bag bought 3 years ago) told me that it was no longer possible to change it.
I am stunned, a scholarship paid 800/1000 can not be adjusted.
I would have expected at least one solution anyway and more availability besides the fact that I had to wait 30/40 minutes before the verdict.
I was very bad, I will not be back for other purchases.
