Management behaviour is totally very poor, HR also not helpful. Always late night work timing, Fena was the brand but now it is nothing, also Management behaviour is unbearable because they are using abusing language always.
They are behave with the employees like slaves. If you will working with this company you always in the depression.

Very poor management in all over india. I think eastern region manufacturing plant head should have to be in NO 1 POSITION for misbehaving with his staffs. In last one and half year he has lost 6 HODs and 10 no of other staffs due to his mis behavior. To conceal his inefficiency now he is busy to thread his present working employer by demolishing his ex employees career contacting with their current employer.

But higher management still thinks that he is the best. No action yet not taken after getting too many complaints against him..

And fnf not clear and. reliving letter company nhi deti hai nhi fnf ka amunat...fnf statement bhi nhi deti hai...verry bad company

Worst experience, base culture is old fashioned, upper management shrink to squeeze newcomers not to settle with politics and Negative behaviours. Ruin your career.

East or west, Fena is the best. We are using the brand for years now and results are 100% wow. Recommended to all ladies!
