I wanted to share with you my very good experience with the new manager of ESTRADA. Indeed, I had encountered problems when buying my radiators in 2018 and the former manager did nothing to help me. Since the takeover in early 2020 by Christophe C., the latter ended up advancing the reimbursement to me instead of the manufacturer before the winter period! I was looking for two electric heaters in October 2016 to replace the old inefficient toaster. The seller at Estrada Greenhill advised me to buy two electric heaters with heat transfer fluid, I followed his advice. Both have worked perfectly since then and are very economical and efficient. During the regulation of EDF in August we had a nice surprise, the electricity supplier reimbursed us nearly 260 thanks to the new radiators installed. I am fully satisfied, I recommend this merchant.

Good choice, especially for electric heaters. On the other hand, no order tracking. I had to call 3 times to get information on the reception time. Bad surprise to the pose also.
