Worst bank experience of my life. This location has Luis the manager and some other rude staff. They rather send customers away instead of being helpful. Apparently this is a problem at this location yet they still are open. Rude and lazy tellers and it s all the managers fault. He s just as rude and lazy. Stay away from this branch!
This was the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. I went there and was greeted by Idizinho Vaz. I told him the reason I was there. He stated he understood. He then continued to tell me he would bring it to the Financial Center Manager Dana Maxim (female). He came back and told me that there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak with Dana Maxim. He told me she was busy and I would need to wait 45 minutes. When I told him I would wait, he seemed to be surprised. 45 minutes passed and I noticed Dana Maxim walk by me. I asked her if she is almost ready to assist me. She looked at me with a dirty look and continue to walk away. I then got her attention again. I informed her I been waiting to speak with her for 45 minutes. She told me in an arrogant tone " I do not talk to customers". I asked her why? She told me," I am going to lunch and don't have time for you". She then directed another staff member by the name of Molly Rioidan to assist me. At this point I was annoyed. She sat me down and continue to tell me they cannot help me. This was the worse banking experience I have ever been a part of. I am currently looking to switch banks due to this. Nobody deserves to be treated the way I did.
This bank is slow and there Is always 1 teller Always!!!! So plan on waiting 30 mins to get anything done here....
I went there to deposit coins that were rolled up and was told that they would only accept half of my coins... Since when can a bank refuse to take your money?

Absolutely the worst bank you could possibly deal with. Stay as far away as possible. Open account make a good deposit into account and bam they decide to close the account for no reason and now im stuck waiting for God knows how long to hopefully get my money back. What a complete joke of a company. I repeat worst bank go anywhere but to Bank of America.Im forced to give atleast 1 star should be negative stars

Always have One teller on huge lines the other teller outside greeting people instead of taking care of the line
I don't understand all of the negative ratings for this bank as what I have always experienced is good service albeit a bit slow at times which can be expected at any bank.
Had to go back multiple times because they don't know how to close an account correctly.
About a dozen reasons not to go here. Untrained tellers and management that dosn't listen to the customer did it for me.
