I'm only giving this facility 1 star, because I'm not able to give it anything lower than that. My grandmother has been a resident there for over two months, and we have had nothing but trouble with them the entire time.
First of all, the case manager (Chris) is extremely impersonal and displays a blatant lack of empathy for someone in her position. She will never answer phone calls, and in the event that she does, she has one of her assistants return your call. I honestly don't understand how a facility like this would have a person like her dealing with families.
Despite our family's expressed desire and protestations, my grandmother was placed on a floor that is inhabited solely by dementia patients. This would be fine if, in fact, my grandmother actually had dementia. She doesn't, but has been treated like she has dementia by the nurses and PCAs in the facility. She also was put in a restraint chair on two occasions, because she didn't want to be in a reclining position in the chair in her room. There was also an instance where my grandmother needed to return to the hospital to be treated for pneumonia. While she was there, I attempted to make arrangements with another facility for her rehabilitation. When inquiring as to her medical status, Fellowship Manor told them that my grandmother was infected with MRSA, which she most definitely was not. They also told them that she had a "difficult" family, which is very unprofessional.
Lastly, there have been numerous problems with the facility losing or giving my grandmother's clothing to the wrong residents. This should not be difficult considering the clothing is labeled.
My grandmother and our family has been through hell dealing with this facility, and she has on multiple occasions expressed that she'd rather die than stay there. Beware.

They take a sincere interest in educating the public on the very complicated illness Altzheimers/dementia. I got just a taste of what my life will be caring for a mom with Altzheimers. They will be there to support me in many different ways as we begin our journey down memory lane.

Both my grandfather and grandmother have lived in this facility. Staff is caring and goes above and beyond to exhibit Christ like behavior. Facility is clean. You can tell that there is something very special about Fellowship Community.

some staff members injured my grandma, but were promptly fired due to their disregard of protocol (which resulted in the injury. this was not a long-withstanding issue). the one who wasn't fired "voluntarily quit" (cause, you know, you can't technically be fired if you already quit). my grandma absolutely loves the rest of the staff she's met; they make her feel that, though she is often bedridden, she is an important part of the floor she's on. i can't remember the name of the person who is her favorite, but she's always in a more positive (as much as her personality allows her to be) mood when she's around!

Reading some of these reviews I am utterly shocked. Fellowship Community has been a blessing to our family, the rehabilitation department was out of this world, it was amazing how they got both my mother and father back up and running and both are now home, happy, and healthy. The nursing department was stellar, and I can admit that I am a critic as I am also an RN, all questions were always answered, the housekeeping staff kept the facility in perfect condition.
Some of these reviews, you have to ask yourself, have you ever personally lost socks in the washing machine? because imagine that x130 residents as they have a Fellowship, lost items happen, I work at the Hospital, if you want to see lost items come take a visit. and a Restraint chair?? Let's get real, we all know restraints are not allowed anywhere except a hospital, my mother was placed in what is called in present day, a geri-chair, which prevents falls but allows the resident ability to be out of bed. I feel sorry for those who did not have the experience most of us had a Fellowship, I do hope you find the best facility for your loved ones, Fellowship Community will always have my vote!

My mother's friend resides here and constantly having items stolen from their room. Supervisor's have been notified numerous times and yet nothing has ever been done about it. How rotten that they (employees) would steel from the elderly. Shame on them!
