This is the biggest employee for the city of Memphis! I spent 4 and a 1/2 years working the 3rd shift here as an offload material handler. I learned a lot & met some amazing people. I'm currently working as a courier making the afternoon pickups & my job!
shipped so many packages with fedex but somehow you guys deliver my package 2 weeks later then scheduled delivery date or 1 week early.
Please fix up your tracking and logistics order. it is needed. rest is all good. cheap and fast but fix yo self.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. My package was last scanned at Memphis, TN. Arrogant responses from the customer representatives. Each one told me different things. They kept asking me to call me back and without any responsibility just said they lost my package. It was a personalized airpods pro. They refused to transfer my to a senior supervisor and never bothered to start a shipping investigation. Fedex needs to learn how to handle customers. This is not acceptable.
