HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. My package was last scanned at Memphis, TN. Arrogant responses from the customer representatives. Each one told me different things. They kept asking me to call me back and without any responsibility just said they lost my package. It was a personalized airpods pro. They refused to transfer my to a senior supervisor and never bothered to start a shipping investigation. Fedex needs to learn how to handle customers. This is not acceptable.
