After two experiences, they are the worst of all, especially the customs clearance, It is not appropriate for them to represent a company like Fedex
I never advise anyone to deal with this company .

FedEx should not accept the shipment from the origin if that s the case with the authorities in Egypt being unnecessarily cautious.

International shipping is fast, but customs clearance it took them 3 months and didn t finish the proceedings, so I had to hire a private custom clearance to do it
Terrible customer service. They regularly don't answer. They charged a lot of fees that were not agreed upon from the beginning. I got charged more for their "handling" more than the price of the product. I also should mention, that is not including the shipping fee I already paid.
FedExEgypt is the worst shipment service I have ever dealt with. My shipment has been in Egypt for a month and a half and they don't know how to deal with customers.
Fedex is a well respected company worldwide with excellent services all over the world, it doesn't deserve to be operating here.

The most horrible international shipping company in Egypt. Shipments take forever until they get them out of customs, hidden fees, very unprofessional, horrible call center, they don t even bother to provide the correct information to the customs in order to apply the correct charges. Avoid at all costs.
The worst ever shipping company you will have to deal with. They do nothing to make the release of the shipment smooth and fast. Actually they make you do most of the steps yourself. Then they ask for a lot of fees, and even when they over charges you and tells you can get a refund...They just withdraw their words and tells, no you can get NOTHIING
