Finding new car insurance after relocating from NJ to FL can be a real pain. Many providers waste your time only to give you a really high quote. After seeing the excellent reviews for Walden Insurance, I called and spoke with Nancy Eason. She answered all my questions, got me exactly the coverage I wanted and at a very affordable price. She's stayed in touch through email to make sure it was a smooth transition. Great customer service!
Called three times. Left 3 messages. Written one letter yet no response from the company with regards to my policy. Called me 2 days before policy expired to tell me it needed to be renewed with no advance notice or warning. To days before it expired. Even though policy was renewed, still no response, and still no copy of my paid policy.UPDATE E Mail received: November 21, 2019.
I received notice of a issue where my car vin number was mistaken wrong on my newly purchased car that I have insured with Shelita Stuart of Walden Insurance. After a phone call to the office, Shelita personally looked into matter going a extra beyond and called me back the next day, now resolved. I have never personally met her, but have meet her dog Dudley that gives a friendly greeting same as the phone call with Shelita. I truly would recommend Walden Insurance.
