So irresponsible company I never seen . After 6 pm office closed .if any trouble occurs wait for next morning after 10 am. Why should odisha government give contract this type of company .

Fedco Forces It's Employees To go in third party , I was an employee of fedco for 9months . Its very worst cause the management system of fedco is third class . They don't even know how to behave an employee. I have resigned cause it's worth less and I was scared about my future In fedco. If you want to go in fedco then be prepare for waiting month and month food bill, fuel bill I was store incharge I know everything behind the fedco and I got the people who works for fedco as a site incharge or block incharge were responsible for labour bill payments and fooding early from their pockets and also responsible for contractors bills . The problem is fedco never pays time to time there for labours are always disappointed on site incharge and its the big issue. Many labour left and if I talk about site contractors then they are nothing Infront of FEDCO as fedco thinks. Cause fedco always promises about right payments but in practically it's a big lie. I was the eye witness , many contractors left contracting in fedco because of payment delay related issues. And finally I left fedco cause they forced me to go in third party cause they don't have any project , I have asked why... Why I should resign?? It's your fault you don't have any project you have to transfer me somewhere..why I should go in third party?? Then some Sandeep HR something said we don't care about who with us or left us .. then I have decided to left fedco and I did. IN MY WAY. LOCAL CONTRACTORS WORKS ARE FAR BETTER THAN FEDCO , GENUINELY THEY NEVER LIES AS FEDCO DOES. FEDCO SUCKS .

Worst service even the contact number was incorrect.

Very bad service. Connecting Customer care is horrible experience. Only one number is available and no other way of logging complaints and that one number goes on loop for 20 mins, No executive answers your call. I mean what kind of service is this? Request FEDCO management to have a look on this. Pathetic service.

I had requested with an application to install the meter in my home. They said, "it will be get installed before end of the day", that day gone, and so as 5 more days. But we continued to call everyday for asking the same question "when are you sending people to install the meter?", And they used to reply, "sir, actually today they had gone to this place that place to install meter...". I don't even know where the hell "this and that place" is! It is been 13 days, they are consistently firing multiple excuses. And they proudly call themselves "officers". Guys, I request everyone to not go to FEDCO(BALASORE) for any such work. Otherwise, according to my experience, you will be left with tons of insists. Thanks.
