The people that run this store are so friendly. Unfortunately, they are closing their doors at the end of the month

Staff not very helpful, walked around the store a couple times and no one asked if help was needed. Had to engage staff to get attention

Came in with my daughter to get a fish. Explained what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend. They were very knowledgeable, they had a good selection, and they set me up with what we needed. I will be shopping there again and would highly recommend it to others.

I wouldn't recommend stepping into this depressing place. The (I presume) owner refused to wear a mask. So, if you want to contract Covid-19, maybe this is the place for you. The store is dark, cramped, and filthy. The owner has as much of an aversion to cleanliness as she does to wearing a mask. The animals there are stressed and clearly suffering. It seems exactly like one of those places that started as a rehabilitation center for birds, but has sadly drifted into being an excuse for animal hoarding. The cages have been neglected so long that the grime is probably older than every animal in the store. It is an embarrassment that a pet store can be this horrible, but I doubt we saw everything that is wrong there. Only the lovebirds were for sale, while the other 15+ were obviously victims of hoarding. The bird we got felt less like adopting a pet, and more like a rescue mission. I have no doubt he would have died filthy, stressed, and miserable if we hadn't gotten him out when we did. Places like this shouldn't legally exist.

Had to get crickets for my grandsons beared dragon Jade. Don't know lady's name but she was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service very friendly people. Very knowledgeable about birds.

awesome pet shop the ladies are very knowledgeable excellent prices you just have to understand that you're going to a pet shop they may have an odor but there is live animals is to be expected

I really enjoy visiting there but they are closing May 30th for good. Sad but understandable. Gonna miss you Jen
