Your service is horrible, you always turn off the power, even if there's no storm. I understand if it's a repair or something but you're always doing it and you also keep on randomly turning off the power than turn it back on, as if you're trying to get the power usage to go up so you can charge us more. Worst. Service. Ever

Well there are lot of problems with local electicity company in Butuan City when they shut off the power at.any time during the hottest day out of the year they don't care about people on those days and I just don't why they can shut off in the are there working in if they are replacing poles thats there biggest problems the infrastructure in the big citys and other places they need to used better equippedment and how to work at night like other places do and I noticed they don't used when replacing line there's trucks the helps the line men to replace with out turning the power off in the whole city so please let the public know before it happens like hour put the info across the TV channels and all the raidios stations and on line it's big deal when you shot off the power during the day or night with out informing the public your coustmes!!
Your service sucks. Worst service ever. Expensive but worst service. I have been to many other cities in this country but ANECO is the worst Electric Utility! Power Interruption almost every day!
