This company has been awful to work with. We were told it had functions it actually doesn't. Our company has never used the services. I was told back in February they would cancel our account immediately and research a refund. They are still sending monthly invoices and we have had to stop payment through our financial institute. I have placed over 10 phone calls, speaking with live people as well as leaving messages. I am always told they will get this resolved and expedite it to senior level. I have also sent numerous emails and never receive responses back. This company has horrible customer service and follow thru. Warning*** Stay away from using them for services. ***

False promises - Nice words and no actions ... 80% of claims showed paid on their software were not actually paid!!

I work there. Its a good place to work. Monday through Friday, paid holidays. Jeans all the time and remote working for who knows how long for a majority of people. But yeah good place to work.

When I interviewed with them the supervisor I spoke with said that they were draining the swamp and getting rid of people. She said she wasn t afraid to fire anyone.I took the job against my better judgement. (Although she was the person who hired me I was told that she was no longer with the company at orientation) I trained for three weeks and then I was let go because I was not the right fit and not learning fast enough. Which is interesting to me since my trainers were training me on a new program that they didn t even know (but I was expected to magically learn it!) I showed up for work everyday on time and didn t leave early. Did my best.. But that didn t matter to them. Just be aware they aren t beyond getting rid of you if you aren t smart enough or learning quick enough!

Amazing place to work! Donnetta is an amazing boss and really cares for her employees.
