I was a resident manager at Briar Villa Apartments for 4 years. This company is so amazing to work for. Corporate office is ready to help whenever needed. Pay and benefits are good! Property managers are well trained and also ready to help when needed! Highly recommend applying here and or living here!

I can see the reason for the one-star rating! I went on an interview and due to rain, road closures, and being rerouted I was 8 minutes late, not to mention I have a fresh injury! Talk about no understanding, no compassion for any individual!
I'm glad this happened because it opened my eyes and showed me this isn't the company I would want to support or be affiliated with.
Being discriminated against and having Mona not want to interview me, because of circumstances out of my control.
You should never discriminate or be rude to an applicant who reached out letting you know they were going to be late due to rain and closures.
Never judge someone based on injury status or because of weather, road closures, and construction because you never know what you're going to miss out on in a person and their actual work abilities and the qualities they may bring.
Life happens, things happen and no one should be neglected, faulted, or discouraged because of these things. Remember where you came from and how you got to where you are and remember life happens.
Again remember don't discourage or judge until you've walked in someone else shoes.
I think you need a better professional regional to represent your company.
Been meaning to leave this review I Lived there for 2 years, Great little community Maintenance was always there when ever I needed them Sherry, Nikki, and Sonia were great Landlords Things can be frustrating with landlords, but they were willing to work with me and figure everything out Luis the main boss was able to make changes and help me as well
Thank you Sonia and Luis for making sure my move out went well!
(Fairway Village Apartments) 9/27- I was waiting for the car gate to open and saw the manager and a guy yelling and fighting with tenants outside of a townhome.
The manager and the guy were threatening to hit the tenants. One of the tenants being attacked was yelling for help, and to call the police. I looked around and saw the assistant manager and maintenance guy were laughing. The manager and the guy with her were moving their hands, about to harm the tenants so I dialed 911.
The manager was humiliating them in front of other tenants, and getting violent.
No one is safe , anyone can be the manager s victim. She s a hostile manager.
PLEASE BE ALERTED. Do NOT apply for an apt until you get to see that it s empty. I was told by Andrea Garcia an apt was to be available as I was approved and later received a call from the person who pushed for us to apply for the apartment to let us now that the current tenet has changed their mind.
This a complete scam! They took our money and yet to hear from management
Been talking to one of the property managers for a few weeks now and supposably had an appointment today to look at an apartment, we called today before heading over to look at the apartment and she said she already rented it out and didnt even book our appointment. Management at FDC is complete garbage. Incompetence is not a good look.
I walked into the office to begin our interview and Mona the RPM for a HB property made a rude comment. I instantly felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. Based off of that I immediately said no thanks and left. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND INTERACTION!!! Was unsure going into the interview anyway based off of every review on the internet about FDC.
Worst interview I ve experienced in 30 years. Mona needs to learn how to speak to people. You can t be in a customer service related position and talk to people like they are less than. Mona save that money, you re going to need it.
Please be aware Carmenita Town Homes the manager is having Mr Cs tow company towing vehicles illegally, no one is signing for the release form, tow companies can not tow without a authorized person to sign and release the vehicle prior being towed Tow truck is just passing by and hooking cars, again without having someone present from management... This needs to be look at by BSIS and local PD
FDC I am so grateful to have a job in a time like this when most employers are doing layoffs. Thank you for checking in on us, for sending us masks and for just being so reliable during this Pandemic. As an employee and resident I am truly thankful!
