Beautiful view, best peanuts, friendly staff and ice cold beers.
Old world charm with fresh ideas. Service is good, food is good but not very affordable. Beer is always cold, with a good view over the Mekong River on a hot day. Sorry, it is always hot
Went for pre-dinner drinks just after sunset. The view from the roof terrace is nice and there was some good live music (though the bar opposite also has some louder live music which makes for an unpleasant sound mix...). Drinks are pretty standard, neither expensive nor cheap. The place in general clearly has an interesting history to it so it s worth perusing some of the artefacts and pictures on show. As you d expect though, it s packed full of tourists and doesn t really have the sincere old atmosphere at all anymore that it probably once had. Feels dated rather than classic.
Good for chilling and expat vibe~~
There s plenty kind of drinks too
A great first stop when visiting PP. Wonderful architecture and atmosphere. Food delicious and beer cold. On the upper end of the price scale for PP, but still very reasonable for the experience.
Average food/drinks... No more happy hour specials :(
Absolutely going to be in the mood of war correspondents
Good atmosphere, very nice view on the quay of Sisowat.
Nice rooftop place for a drink overlooking the riverside. Live entertainment on wednesday and friday night.
We love this place. Great food and drinks. Life is good when you have a free afternoon to sit in the FCC and drink cocktails and watch the world go by.
It had seen better times.
Some drinks on the menu are not available.
A very nice and relaxing also it is very fun to celebrate their.
Good taste, nice place for night view along the river
A nice place to have a drink and eat some cuts. Live performances. Excessive prices
Opposite a very noisy bar so you have to listen to their choice of music. Food was nice but Kmer sharer dishes were served cold. Cocktails were nice.
You should stay under the understanding that it is such a structure.
Then you should be able to leave a good hotel impression without asking for comfort.
It faces the boulevard and it's a bit noisy, that's also true.
The meal is good, so if you have a good breakfast here, the movement after that will be smooth.
Great night on New Year's eve. Great music at times.
Based on manufactured and mythical history, the FCC is a nice place to have drinks and lunch. Slightly overpriced, but the food was worth it, well presented. Decent service.
If after several weeks of travel you need some international food. Then the FCC is the place. Great steaks. Good view of the river. Be prepared for waiting time. But it is worth it. Comes there every time I'm in KP
The food is not cheap. The taste is normal. Even though the sign on the entrance says Beer buy 1get1free, it was told that it was in the stage of paying that it was not the target for Angkor Beer (a general beer from Cambodia) we requested. When the staff lowered the dishes I had finished eating, they beat the beer bottle and spilled half to get the cell wet, but it was an end with just one word "sorry".
Here you can breathe history and in addition they serve excellent cocktails
Great atmosphere, classic architecture reminded me of the film Casablanca. good food, coffee is good,
Great place to eat and drink over looking the river. BUT the toilets (men's) were disgusting worst I went in 2 weeks in Cambodia. Stank of urine typically British toilet stink!!!
Iconic place to go for a beer and soft shell crab while you watch the road and river. Go up the stairs, and up again, to find 2 floors of space, with a large selection of food for everyone to find something they like. (and I love the confidence I have in not getting "Phnom Penh Belly" there) Relaxed dining and drinking, for 2 or a larger tour group... as long as you book ahead for larger numbers.
No doubt a building and its facilities, anchored in the 50s.
Good place to stop and have a beer, while you watch people walk.
Nice place but really expensive. This is the only restaurant in Cambodia where I have been charged the service. The visit is just interesting because of its history.
