I used to order from FBI Pizza all the time, they used to be the best in town but of recent, their quality and service has declined. Yesterday I ordered a Pizza. Not only did it take 2.5 hours to arrive, the pizza was cold, their peppercino dipping sauce recipe has changed and doesn't taste the same as it did before. When I called their customer service, they offered me a $20 credit on a $60 order for the pizza.

A few days later I decided to use my $20 and order a panzertto. Again it took over an hour, I called into the customer service and they said there were two addresses in the system and they couldn't deliver it and now they were closed. I told them repeatedly that I ordered from them just a few days ago and they said this is the first time I was ordering and blamed the discrepancy on me entering two addresses instead of one which is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them agin.
