Fayez Salon & Spa Review

Best place to get your hair done. Completely professional and caring.

I had an appointment with Sara G a few weeks ago. I asked her to change the color of my hair and she did the complete opposit of what I asked. She just did whatever she wanted and not to mention botched my haircut too. Once again she gave me the complete opposite of what I wanted. My hair felt like it was fried at the end of it and I had to go to a different salon and get them to fix it and spend an extra $200 to fix her work. I am never going back to the spa for any services what soever. Very disappointed for a salon that is supposed to be high end. She was quite rude in general and She was just talking about herself the whole time and didn't make me feel like I was in a high end saloon. I wasn't relaxed, and definitely wasn't satisfied when I left.

What a nice treatment, turquoise sage oil with hot rocks massages. Leanne was great, very attentive, professional. I would definitely go back!

Absolutely love this place! Very beautiful and serene inside and out. Amazing staff, professional and highly talented! First place I have been to where they actually listen to my hair needs. Will be back!

I had an appointment on Saturday for the Fayez Signature body treatment and Aquafolia Triple Action facial.
I'm thankful I had a gift card because paying $305 for these would have been a waste. Neither were relaxing or as expected. The signature body treatment was just unenjoyable, my technician was going so fast like with her hands that I couldn't relax, during the scrub and massage portion, they weren't smooth relaxing motions, it felt like a child playing with cars racing all over my back. It gave me anxiety.
The facial was pointless. All she did was wash my face? She was supposed to extract all my blackheads but she insisted my skin was nice and barely did anything, maybe she just couldn't see the 900000 blackheads on my face.
Plus they leave you alone for so long during both procedures to "relax" but the walls are paper thin so you end up just hearing people talk and the showers.
Anyways, she was very nice and enjoyable as a person but I would never return to the spa.

Have been at Fayez Spa twice now, and both times the service was stellar, the folks were friendly and engaging, and the administration staff were helpful and communicative. The first time I went, I'd had a horrible haircut from another place and Nayev was able to repair the damage. Most recently, Samantha kept up the great hair-styling and great company tradition, and I'll be returning as often as possible.
