I had an appointment with Sara G a few weeks ago. I asked her to change the color of my hair and she did the complete opposit of what I asked. She just did whatever she wanted and not to mention botched my haircut too. Once again she gave me the complete opposite of what I wanted. My hair felt like it was fried at the end of it and I had to go to a different salon and get them to fix it and spend an extra $200 to fix her work. I am never going back to the spa for any services what soever. Very disappointed for a salon that is supposed to be high end. She was quite rude in general and She was just talking about herself the whole time and didn't make me feel like I was in a high end saloon. I wasn't relaxed, and definitely wasn't satisfied when I left.
