They eventually got their services removed by the Main contractors due to their negligence.

i went for an interview for a role, the client never show up for the interview and i ended up speaking to another member who was not aware of the interview. i called the agency to make them aware of the situation, on several occasions i never got any respond back or any attempt to make me aware of what happened. This is very not professional and the agency has no regards for job seekers, not only spending their time to go for the interview. i would definitely not be associating with them and also advise people not to join this agency.

Most of the staff are incompetent liars, who lack professionalism, & a decent standard of grammar, let alone speaking like "Barrow boys".

Karina got into contact after finding my CV online, we discussed what I was looking for. Shortly after, she found me a great role which met all my requirements. I worked with the agency for just over a year, and then got a permanent contract. During my time with the agency, Karina and India were always my point of contact, they always resolved all my queries with no hesitation and quickly.
From start to finish the whole team at Fawkes & Reece, especially Keeley Davis, were professional, supportive and proactive. This included advice on the best temporary freelance options prior to helping m to establish long term permanent employment with a Tier 1 main contractor.
Lee and team are excellent in every way. The only issue I have is that the time sheets are not electronic which F& R may need to review in the future.

This agency does not act impartially, if you are looking to find work best to keep in mind they will refuse to pay you the money have worked for and owed.
Recently I worked a contract through this agency, after 3 weeks & sustaining a minor injury I left the job as I wanted to recover and look for a better job.
In all cases the employee should be paid in full the hours that have worked. Unfortunately Emerald was instrumental in the down fall of this simple process, the client who was not happy about me leaving had refused to pay the hours worked which Emerald seemingly backed up her client.
In my opinion fawkes & Reece deliberately refused to pay in full the hours owed, in view to keep the money them self s and claim they have not received the money from the client.

I ve heard many stories from foreign workers who have been taken advantage of by agencies like this who have been taking advantage because of a language barrier or just simply they put the phone down and refuse to talk to them.

Very well and organizing recruitment agency, set me up for a electrical job in Oxford. India and karina were very supportive,conducted in highly professional and good looking too. Always contacted me back whenever I have any queries or issue. Above all, towards the end of my contract they actually came to visit us on site and shook hands with all staff and say thank you for your hard work. I have been registered with F&R since October 2018. Within a matter of days Karina had arranged three interviews for me. She has always been invested in my wellbeing; offering encouragement to me. Since being with F&R I have been working consistantly on two separate contracts. Over this period, at the end of each week, I receive a phone call from either India or Karina to ascertain if all is well and to register my working hours. Both my contacts are charming and efficient. They ensure my payments are processed quickly and precisely. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation.
I never had the chance of working for Fawkes & Reece before, but after reading the reviews online I said to myself i need to give it a go and apply for a job with them. Not even 24 hours later, I was contacted by one of their advisors , Laura, who made the hole application to be a speedy process and 48 hours later I was working. Laura is a high end professional, available 24 hours a day, I was surprised that she even called my on her own free time at 6am in the morning to be sure I was on my way to the job, very helpful, always giving me updates, listened to my queries and answered all my questions regarding the job I was supposed to start next day, so once I arrived there I already knew what I was supposed to be doing there. Regarding Fawkes & Reece, i would highly recommend them to other self-employed people as myself, because what you see on their online jobs is what you will get, they are fair and there isn't any small print to feel you are being cheated afterwards. Being contacted, over the phone, for a PA/Secretary position which needed to be filled in urgently; was asked to reply to their email in return. One week later, I'm still waiting to receive it! Never heard from them neither when I applied for some of their vacancies a few months prior. Extremely unprofessional and utterly rude. If I could have given them no no stars, I'd have! They're not to be dealt with as a recruitment agency as they're wasting people's valuable time. Appalling to say the least....................

Fawkes and Reece are effective as I got a job in 3 weeks, however the aftercare and support I received during my placement was another story.
They will be very nice until you have secured the role. After that, you will be treated and spoken to like a dog. The staff are incompetent, especially Karina who dodged my calls and emails for days but when I decided to quit the job she was on the phone at 8:00:01 asking why I haven't turned up.
They pay you through a selection of dodgy umbrella companies who will do anything possible to not pay you what you are due. Avoid any role from Fawkes and Reece that involves working for an umbrella company.
I dealt with Charlotte at Fawkes & Reece. She was brilliant, very professional and attentive. She took note of the type of position I was looking for and only suggested jobs that suited my requirements. She called me before and after my interview and kept in touch in the following weeks before I started my new job. She made the process very easy and offered an excellent service. Whenever you open CV library or any job boards despite the critical situation i.e. War , Covid19 , Recesion or even Tsunami or any other disaster you might think of, you will see this agency flooding jobboards platforms with delusional fake jobs ads in order to collect CVs. I've never seen anything like it through the past 10 years. Not sure which dumbheads in their upper managment approving this poor strategy!!

Luckily the owner of the site was very understanding, so took me on full time once I had completed the 1 day course. So overall the service I received from Fawkes and Reece was poor.
