Whilst the staff were friendly and responsive, the salary offer in the new job was less than the advertisement, even though my experience matched the advert. I was advised by the agency not to challenge the offer. Whilst this aspect was disappointing, the new job role was as expected and I am happy in my new role

I find Fawkes and Reece to be a very organised and professional recruitment agency who have been excellent in securing me a new role. I have been dealing with Ricky Bartle who I would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for new opportunities, during the process Ricky kept me informed about everything and managed to put me in front his clients in matters of days until we eventually manged to secure my current role. Ricky was very helpful and honest about everything and would always ensure he has giving you all the information you need upon meeting with his clients. He would go the extra mile on all occasions and keep you updated throughout the process. Strongly recommend Ricky to any potential candidate/employer alike.

The Agency to avoid they will never reply to your email nor will call you back to let you know about your application. I have called Zoe Georgiou like 100 times now and still no reply. Any one how is viewing this review can call any consultant they will be either be not their desk or will be in the meeting for whole day.

Fawkes & Reece have a real asset working and representing the brand. Ricky Bartle had contacted myself through LinkedIn for a QS position. A no nonsense approach to getting myself a role with a reputable company. Within 24hrs I was given a interview date and got the job the same day of the interview.

From start to finish Ricky has dealt with me in a very professional manner and is always on the other end of the phone when needed. Not once have I felt that I am working with a robotic recruiter, everything is very smooth and the depth of knowledge passed over is top draw.

Really lovely people whether it was Emerald or Laura or whoever. Fawkes and Reece seems to understand that both clients and candidates are also customers. Very professional and thoughtful.

First time I've worked with them and had a great experience working as an electrical contractor for them. Very easy to work with and without fail contacted each week by either India or Karina in a professional and courteous manner. Even visited site near the end of the job which is very rare and a nice touch.

Was told it was long term but only lasted 2 weeks but it was not the agency's fault they were give false information,

Worst agency I have dealt with. Published a job for mobile, then rang me. Saying how good my CV was, had to ask twice for job specs after a interview had been arranged. Then sent job specification which was rushed with cut and paste. Called to say this is not the job description mentioned over the phone. Again sent a new rushed cut and paste job description. Pay advertised as 33k overtime and travel card to 29-30k static. Went to interview, then told you was great etc etc promises promises. Then didn't call back. Did not bother chase it up. I wouldn't want any dealings with these cowboys and will be telling future and present collegeues to be wary of a certain person who I will not mention. Also a CBRE manager is using this cowboy to get Sparky's on 30k a year. Shocking.

Fawkes and Reece recently helped me find a new employer. Both Charlotte and Charlie were very diligent and helpful at finding me the right role and were always there to answer queries and give me updates when needed. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I have been using F&R for nearly 4 years now and they have placed me in my last two employment roles. They listen and understand their clients requirements and seek to filter out opportunities that will be a waste of time. They provide a professional yet personable approach and I would highly recommend them. Time wasters!
Spoke with them consultant wich promised me a job, send all required tickets ect but that bloke left on holiday and hand his duty to Laura wich let me down and forgot about me. Didn't even contact us with a latest, ignorance!

Best guys i have worked with in a long while. I cannot but mention the services rendered by Ricky Bartle, from the start at the interview stage even till date, almost a year after being placed in my primary assignment. The guide and support from him has been phenomenal.

Whilst I have been aware of Fawkes and Reece for a considerable time, this is the first opportunity I have had to work for them as arranged by their Consultant Ricky Bartle and so far have found things straightforward in terms of getting set up so that I am on the system. Any queries I had were answered and resolved quickly via Ricky

Not once have i recieved any response on any submission to this organization considering i have 18+yrs experience, and their recruitment staff are incompetent, lazy and obnoxious when speaking with via the phone. Their customer care is inadequate. To ALL candidates looking for work, Don't waste your time using this company, You're better off finding an alternative solution.

Waist of time! They just try to get information about your previous employers.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AGENTS!! It has got to be the worse agency around. They get you to attend interviews just to prove to their clients that they are providing candidates. Then at the last minute before the interview they ask you to sign a non disclosure agreement. To make matters worse you never get any feedback from interviews. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME so don't take a day off if you are currently employed.

After a couple of short assignments no more work offered.

Working with Zoe Georgiou was an absolute dream. Changing jobs is never gonna easy and always stressful.

Zoe was tenacious in finding convenient methods of contacting me such as text and email rather than only following the usual barrage of phone calls at the same time of the day like the lesser recruiters.

Once I had spoken to Zoe I quickly realised that I was speaking to a very high calibre individual that was never going to waste my time. As predicted within no time at all Zoe proposed multiple positions to me that matched what I was that I was searching for and was quick and efficient in fighting my corner and arranging an interview.

Once I secured a job Zoe s follow up and chasing ensured everything was clear and in place for my start date and I could not of hoped for a smoother transaction.

Overall Zoe is an asset and credit to Fawkes and Reece , her personality and work ethic put her in a different league to other recruiters I dealt with.

I found Lee Matthams very well informed on the position that I had applied for , The personnel interview at Fawkes and Reece was the first time in 20 years that a recruiter had interviewed me face to face . Which I found a massive boost to my confidence and realised that he wanted not to waste my time or the future employers time another plus so overall a very positive and refreshing experience which ended in a successful placement with I believe both employer and myself very satisfied
