I would like to say the 1 star I have gave is for ...

I would like to say the 1 star I have gave is for the installer Steve, he was great! The company its self should not get any stars. I called got a quote very fast, 2 day turn around. I paid my deposit they came out next day! All sounds great right well..... I had a channel letter sign installed by fastsigns. I have owned the sign for about 5 years and it had sat in storage for about 2, so I asked fastsigns to service the sign before installing it. At first they acted like they didn't understand what I was talking about, said they would call me back. They called said it would be $95.00 okay great. Installer came I was there with him for the first 2 or 3 hours, My sign was never serviced, nothing out of the ordinary install. He did get me a special piece instead of a timer ( witch I apricate). The issue is when I was called for the final payment I asked what is done when someone asked for the sign to be serviced, what was to be done extra for the $95. She did not know, I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said one was not there. Okay when will one be there and what is there name? she would not tell me I asked probably 8 times and she would not give me here Manger, Owner , Supervisors name at all! This is unacceptable I a paying customer should be able to speak with the manger and should be able to know a name and a time they can be reached! I have never had such a bad experience with a company so unprofessional! I have called cooperate and will be calling daily to try to talk with someone in charge at this business! If your the Manger owner or Supervisor please reach out I would like to speak with you!
