Incredible staff and service, I came in last weekend to purchase a set of bindings for my three year old daughter, unfortunately my daughter broke a binding, and ski, this weekend. They couldn't repair either, so they gave my daughter a new pair of skis. Thank you so much. You have my family's business for life.

This is my go-to store for quality running shoes and gear. The staff is great and they carry a wide variety of good running shoes.

Was facing a bunionectomy surgery due to worsening foot pain. After online research about the causes of foot pain, I learned about zero drop runners. FastTrax staff helped me buy super wide, comfortable Altra runners and they also have Correct Toes, an Oregon orthopedist' device to help realign toes and foot muscles. They cost $60US online with shipping on top of that. FastTrax sells them for $60 Canadian! No surgery, and I was able to hike 5 miles comfortably in San Diego this winter. Podiatrists need to get an in service from Fast Trax staff about foot care!!

The shop is run by a great team of skiers and runners who know what they're talking about. Fast Trax is the only place for Nordic gear and running products; no wonder people drive 6 hours to visit this shop.

Great service and knowledge. The staff was really patient as I was buying shoes for a long extreme race. They knew the terrain and showed me shoes that would perform well. Found the shoes I liked. Reasonably priced. Will come back again.

Top drawer! This is THE place to go for expert advice on all things running, and trail running related. Shoes, clothes, hydration, nutrition, recovery they have it all covered. Cross country ski oriented in the winter as well, if thats your thing. Why would you go anywhere else?

We got skis during the summer as gifts and we're able to exchange them in the winter when more inventory was available. No questions asked. Incredible customer service. When they set up our skis, they found a nick and offered us a discount. Feels good going somewhere where they are honest and are extremely helpful.

Karts are falling apart already
All the seat belts are torn and frayed
Every time you go they make you watch a ridiculous horribly made saftey video

Was in your store on Saturday, Nov. 30. I wish I had the salesperson's name to thank him again, but he knew what I needed, what was in stock, and what bindings to replace in order to get me skiing the same day. You just can't get better service than that and we've been shopping there for years.
