I had no problem with the site and I love these snaps. I ve used other brands, and frankly, I can t even get some of them to close with a hammer.
These are my standard snaps for closures on law enforcement duty gear. I ve got personal gear from another maker that is a dozen years old. The stitching is coming loose on the leather, but the snaps are fine.
I love these. (I may have mentioned that.) Shipping costs were reasonable and speedy. I m very satisfied and will keep coming back.
Well right now I don't think much of this outfit. I tried calling a specific person, receptionist put me on hold and transferred me, I thought. Hung on for several minutes, then line when dead. Tried email showing on web site and it came back as "not existing". Instruction videos on item pages will not play. E-Gods! Don't know what will happen to me order. I give up.
Horrible customer service. I got a bad batch of fasteners but didn t know it until customers called from all over the country where I had shipped my product. They never notified me of a problem. I ve been trying to get some help from them, just keep getting told they will get back to me, which they never do!
