Farrow Construction Reviews

Remodeled our house. A construction disaster with leaks and over charging. Our master bedroom ceiling was taken down as full of mold from shoddy sealing. Stay away. We were new to the area and did not know better. Other reviews below are typical fake, for example by Farrows wall paper sub and by friends. Done after ours to bury our real story negative review. The review below by Joe Tanacs is one of their subcontractors for example.

Farrow construction did a great job with our kitchen and bathroom renovations. We love the results!

They kept to their estimate and time line. The staff worked with us to insure our complete satisfaction! I highly recommend them.

I have owned a few business around town, and the Farrows have always been there to help me when I needed them. They are a great local family run business. They even gave a generous donation to a charity that I helped to raise money for. Great business run by a wonderful family.

They just completed a project at our home... We cannot say enough good things about the entire team. They were on time every day and finished ahead of schedule, every member of their team was friendly, respectful and work wonderfully together. We had a couple of add-ons which was no problem for them. Josh and Chris are wonderful to work with. They are excellent at their craft. Our project (beams and shiplap on our ceiling) look even better than we envisioned. I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them for any project we plan on our home.

This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. I scheduled an installation through Lowe s, no one showed up on the scheduled day. I called Lowe s and they said the had no explanation or notes why the guy did not show up. Several days later I received a call from Renee. I didn t think that the experience could get worse, but it did. She insisted that someone was there and they left because no one was home- I explained that I was home all day and have a ring door-bell- no one came. At this point she became very rude and I asked Renee to speak to a supervisor, she escalated quickly, starting, I m the office manager, I m all you ve got, do you want to schedule or not. Meanwhile in the background there is an incessant cackle laugh of another lady. At that point I told Renee that I would be calling Lowe s to which she responded by mocking my voice and parroting. I will never do besides with this company and would suggest you do not either. Overall, distasteful, unprofessional, and uncouth.
