Unacceptable. This company is obviously supporting Wind. It's as if Wind wants to completely destroy any reputation left to her. The company is staffed by children who have a huge need for work. The training they go through there to later go to Wind support is funny. And without any fee of course. It makes sense for children to be unskilled in the technical support industry. They go to training for 8 hours and at 5 o'clock they just sit down, as the people in charge of organizing the whole issue at MediaTel are literally bored and epic irrelevant themselves. The remaining 3 hours are supposed to teach on the management platform which is often out of order. In general, it is a golden Greek government in there. In the room where the support calls that people call are the culmination of the previous ones. If you have a technical issue with Wind, and you fall into their service, good luck. Most kids have no education because they get bored in there for the people in charge to do their job, and they just repeat the silly words of Wind that the leaders tell them and the christmas and the threats from annoyed customers are everyday. For 400 all this. Without exaggeration, they solve almost no problem from what they are called. They just tell the same story, call back and never take it and whenever they get control from Wind, they run like mice to say what they should and shout at the children who work there who have not even been trained.

You should only work there if one of two things is the case:
You cannot find another job and will starve otherwise
You are young (18-20) and want to get some vacation budget
