After check in, I tried explaining the situation to one of the myway agents regarding assistance, but was rudely dismissed, despite showing them my son's important flyer badge, when we proceeded to security, I asked one of the officers if he could open the fast track lane, and showed him the important flyer badge, but was again refused, thankfully another officer opened the fast track lane for us, having seen our distress.
If that wasn't bad enough, our flight was delayed by an hour, and we received no information from anybody regarding the flight.
This airport has put me and my family off from ever visiting the Algarve ever again.
