Awesome service and Great customer service...very fair price for a great job performance

I love farmer small motor. I have been using them for years. However, today my experience was not exactly what I expected. When I went to pick up my generator I found that they had loaned it out to the church where they go. While it was OK that their church used it, it is not OK to loan my equipment out without my permission. They told me they tried to call me, I never got a voicemail or anything. I will probably use them again sometime, but only with the stipulation that they do not loan my machinery out for someone else to use while it is in their care for repair. On top of all of that, I wasn't even slightly compensated for the use of my equipment. I received no discount on my repair. I did not make a stink about it because it was for the church. But it's not an ethical practice for a business to get in to.

They do a great job on repairing lawnmowers. Prices are reasonable.

Every time you call she says "maybe it'll be done by this Friday". Six months later the repair price is 25% over the quoted price. Both her and her son get snippy with you at the drop of a hat.

GORDON and his mom and dad are AWESOME, as they stay busy as hell but give great service and do Excellent work on EVERYTHING, and have many city and county fleet accounts! You will not be disappointed in them or there work! They have New units and sell parts for most all brands as well. GO SEE THESE SUPER NICE FOLKS, as they will NOT RIP YOU OFF!!! Ken White

It makes no sense to me how this place doesn't have the full 5 stars. Let me start with I started coming here about 2 months back and never will i ever go anywhere else. I've never walked in here and not gotten what i needed for a great price. Gordon is not only a mechanic but a mechanic like no other. Most wont teach you anything because they want you to keep bringing them your money. Every time I've come here I've learned something new. Such a great business with great people. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my pressure washer to another place three times over 4 months. They had it one day and fixed it.

Old lady was polite. Started unloading the mower and some amped up crack comes out and screams no no no 250 bucks just to look at it and itll be 6 weeks. At this point i was fine with it still, but everytime i tried to talk to the guy he would cut me off.
Hope to see this place dozed and something of value to the community built here within the next few years.

Great place for small engine repair, we had our pressure washer repaired and also got tips on how to keep it in good running condition by using non lead gasoline very helpful.

When I had my D&R mower repaired at Farmers, they loaded it and failed to tie it down. It fell out coming up my driveway, bent the handlebars and damaged the brakes. They maintained they weren't responsible but said they'd take a look at it. Got it reloaded and back down to them and they said I'd have to order all parts to be repaired. I said I don't know what parts to order. They didn't seem to known either. They said tying down was my responsibility but failed to tell me so when I picked it up ... they loaded it. These people are chauvinist, rude and bullies. By the way did I saw I was a widow. I took my D&R and left. I will never do business with these rednecks again.

They took time explaining possibilities with repairs to my small cultivater, fixed it in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. Honest, knowledgeable and experienced.
