When I had my D&R mower repaired at Farmers, they loaded it and failed to tie it down. It fell out coming up my driveway, bent the handlebars and damaged the brakes. They maintained they weren't responsible but said they'd take a look at it. Got it reloaded and back down to them and they said I'd have to order all parts to be repaired. I said I don't know what parts to order. They didn't seem to known either. They said tying down was my responsibility but failed to tell me so when I picked it up ... they loaded it. These people are chauvinist, rude and bullies. By the way did I saw I was a widow. I took my D&R and left. I will never do business with these rednecks again.
