So far, sho is the worst provider I've ever worked with.
Disconnected to the network, called customer support, filed an application, gave the deadline for the problem - 3 days. Not only has more time passed, it is now impossible to call the hotline! The tone dialing options that used to connect with the operator now only indicate that "work is in progress ... we're very sorry" and suggest returning to the previous menu. By phone at the office on Solomianskaya 3 - nobody removes the handset, although several times the line has been busy. Online chat - does not respond. I get the impression that there is no "customer support" option in my tariff.
By the way, this is the second such situation in the last six months. And, of course, the company will not compensate for the days when the connection was not available.
So, tomorrow is a visit from another ISP (I won't call it because I don't want to advertise anything), and I hope that I can forget about such a thing as Vega Telecom.

P.S. I cannot guarantee that everyone will have the same problems as me, but if it happened to one (not in the first), then there is a non-zero probability that the same can happen to you. In short, bypass this operator.

Now the cons:
1) for this year they raised the tariff 2 times for existing subscribers. For new ones, there are covert shares like pay 700 UAH and do not pay a year.
2) IP-TV - does not work on all TVs, even if they write that it should work. When asked why LG 2017 with smart TV does not find your application, they say we will send your application ... Well, 3 months later ... I use another application.
3) Internet, what can I say, today is the 5th day I am distributing mobile Internet.
4) If you decide to change the router, be prepared to run into problems. Their IP address is given at the MAC address of the router, so you cannot do without a call to the support service. Do not make my mistakes, do not connect the new router on the weekend, the weekend will be without the Internet. It is better to take time off at work, stock up with validol and start setting up the router. And yet, when you call the support service there is a catch. They have 2 additional services, a call to a friend and boys on departure. Add. services are paid. So that you do not doubt, the application is closed by the master and not you.
