Someone who wanted to disconnect from Vega - solved their question?
It's the same story: for months we pay for services that cannot be refused. After long trials with all the contact methods offered on the site, we finally got to the live manager of the rook line - they advised us to send a special application to disable the service by registered mail. 2 months have passed, and things are still there, no answer, no hello. Should I go to their office? Please comment.
