One very aggressive rude driver tried to run me off the road this morning and then shouted abuse at me, great advertisement! Will never use.

The taxi driver Paul was great, really lovely and made sure everyone got home safely and even joined in on the jokes! As for the guy I spoke to on the Saturday night to change our pick up address before we went out completely let the service down. He was appalling rude and was reluctant to change our time from 02:30 - 3:00 even though he said he could. I had asked for the taxi at 03:00 on the Friday and it was a mistake on their part. He was being extremely rude about it and then flipped the argument round on me and told me that 'I kept going on and on' because he in fact changed the booking for me whilst telling me he's not amending it - could he not have saved stressing a paying client out and say he could change it in the first place. Aaron or Darren whatever your name is because you changed it every 2 minutes - someone who is SUPPOSE to be the manager should have said in the first place - no worries we will amend this for you and your location to be picked up from. I said I will be making a complaint and he has witnesses - this was in fact a lie because I called back asking to speak to someone else and he said there was no one else in the office. He then sent another confirmation with the WRONG location pickup again, so had to call back and get this confirmed. Completely lost my trust in the service and would rather pay extra for another which is more straight forward and don't talk to you like a piece of sh****.

I have worked for Fargo for 9 years & never had any major issues. Well worth getting a job as a contract driver/ PA for school runs
