We went for the open house and found so many friendly people. The staff were all outgoing and helpful. We enjoyed the complementary lunch and free boat ride.

It would be nice if you would put your prices out there, like 321 boat club. Without having to sign up.

We usually use the Sebastian location which is always great. We have wanted to try this location for a year. We were greeted by Gunner and Benjamin. They were great. Benjamin share his area knowledge of the water in that area and pointed some spots on the map for us to check out. Freedom Boat Club of the Space Coast is the best operation out there. We always enjoy our experience!

We just became members and have to say well worth it. The people here that assist you really do take pride in helping you and they're always trying to help in any way they can. The only negative of the book club is that you can only Reserve one weekend day. I know this ensures that everyone gets an opportunity to reserve a boat, and this would have to be the only drawback to not owning a boat versus a boat club.

Great business run by wonderful people. Very happy I joined. I get out fishing twice as often as I would if I ran my own boat.

The fleet of boats and the location are hard to beat. The staff was friendly and took the time to show me the boats.

After one year of being a member I can honestly say this is one of the best investments we have made in family entertainment/activities. From lounging on a pontoon for the day to running offshore for a day of fishing the club has a boat that will get it done. I have been to several other Freedom Boat Club franchises and Chris and crew are by far the best at what they do. You will never get on a boat that has not been properly cleaned and maintained. Their staff is friendly and helpful and always there to answer any questions you may have about the boats and local area.

Wonderful service offered here in Vero Beach. Nice family ownership. Training was professional. Boats are well maintained. Staff are excellent and well trained. Beautiful marina with lower priced gas. Outstanding reservation system. Hopefully, a low horsepower V-Hull boat will be added soon.

The only way to boat! Our guest were very impressed! Ben was and always is awesome! Could use some fishing pontoons like A Boat Time was!

I was a member of the club for a couple years and had some family issues that I notified the club about. I had to leave the club for a bit to tend to my mother battling cancer which she ended up passing away. At that time I fell behind on payments but within a period of time I asked to come back and was able to after paying all of the months missed back. I then lost my job because of Covid so of course couldn't pay my membership fees. Once I got a new job I offered to make good on all payments missed and was declined. I helped the club shoot promotional videos on my own time as well as putting out good words at the time. Not a horrible club but not one you want to join if you could ever have financial issues or need a company to work with you in critical situations. There are other clubs out there that are cheaper with bigger offshore boats and better customer service.

DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR RECENT LACK OF SERVICES. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY CONCERN ABOUT IT THEY ONLY MAKE EXCUSES AND PROVIDE STATISTICS OF BOATS RESERVED IN THE PAST BEFORE THIS ISSUE STARTED. SIMPLY MAKING EXCUSES, EVEN THOUGH MULTIPLE MEMBERS ARE UNHAPPY ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE. EVEN THOUGH EMPLOYEES WERE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM THAT I EXPRESSED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ALSO AGREED. THEY WILL BLAME THEIR "VALUED" MEMBERS, AND DON'T WORRY, THE CONTRACT WILL MAKE SURE THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEIR MEDIOCRE SERVICES EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN'T BOOK A BOAT ON A WEEKEND OR HOLIDAYS WITHOUT BOOKING MONTHS IN ADVANCE. DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY! AFTER THEY DECIDED TO BOOST THEIR ADS DURING COVID, AND SIGN UP WAY MORE BOATERS THAN AVAILABLE BOATS, YOU HAVE TO BOOK A B0AT MONTHS IN ADVANCE. EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING THIS TO THEM HOW HORRIBLE THEIR SERVICES HAVE BECOME. THEY DECIDED TO SEND AN ADDITIONAL $700 TO COLLECTIONS AFTER CANCELING THIS MISTAKE OF A MEMBERSHIP DUE TO THE "CONTRACT". I DO NOT RECOMMEND. AND I WILL BE LEAVING REVIEWS IN EVERY WHICH WAY POSSIBLE DUE TO THE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been apart of this club for 3 years now and Chris along with his crew have never let me down. every time I show up to the marina they are there to greet me smiling and I are very helpful to get all my equipment out of my car and onto the boat. They are always good about taking the time to answer questions and give advice for a fun day if boating! This was the best boatdecision I've made ! I highly recommend this club.

I have been a member since June 2015 and have always found that the staff are knowledgeable, professional and gracious. A wealth of local knowledge for recreation and fishing the inlet. Most importantly, safety is their priority! From well designed and executed training, to up to date weather conditions and concerns. I look forward to many more years of safe, happy boating with Chris and Lisa.

Was able to book a reciprocal reservation for a morning on the river. Club called to confirm the night before and had the boat ready to go as requested. The dock master was great, very friendly and had plenty of helpful tips on where to go on Indian and Banana River. Enjoyable day on the water with lots of dolphins and cruising through the canals.

Freedom Boat Club has three local locations the one in Melbourne what is Micco near the Sebastian Inlet Good Morning Vero Beach with a total of 31 boats and a very good reservation system within the next 12 months all the boats will be traded in for newer ones

Nothing but fun! Beautiful boats and fantastic staff! Plus free training , doesn't get any better than that! No cleaning, no fueling, no worries and that in itself is a great boating day!

Every outing from the Melbourne location has been nothing but outstanding for us! The dock hands, Ben, Gunner, & Jake are fabulous young men that treat customers with caring & respect & ensure we have a safe & enjoyable day out on the water.
