Top of the line facility. Very impressed with the training.

Loaded in 1.5 hrs. The boulevard is not friendly for 53' trailers.

Always top self courses work with fanuc robots? You need this place

The Fanuc facility is great. It is amazing they have training, parts, service, R&D & manufacturing all under the same roof. The training is very professional and classes all have hands on labs with robots in good condition. 1st rate training!

Customer service in the parts department is not helpful at all. I'm not sure why they have to make things so difficult especially for students.

Fantastic training and a beautiful facility. If you are given the opportunity to go there and learn do not pass it up

Very nice facility. Building backs up to a great wilderness scape. Saw several deer nibbling at the wild grass while I was eating in the dining area. My trainer, Larry G. was excellent. Great sense of humor to match his unparalleled knowledge. FANUC really lives up to their "Service First" motto.

This is a great choice for training. Beautiful facility and with the in house cafe you don't have to scramble around at lunch but eat and relax in stead.

Great knowledge here, we have a friend that works here that lets us look at the machines they built, and what they do for the holidays is nice for the kids.

Top quality facility. Highly recommend their on site training courses. Our instructor, Katie, was very professional and funny at the same time which made for one of the best training experiences I've ever had. I admire her patience with the barrage of questions she was presented with both relevant and irrelevant to the course material. Classroom was well equipped, two students per robot. (Handling Tool course)

Sidenote: If you sign up for the VIP lunches make sure you have your wallet for an extra snack or something from their marketplace, which takes credit and debit cards. The "VIP" lunch portions are comparable to ordering from the children's menu at a restaurant. This is not Fanuc's fault but I would like them to be aware. Myself and my class partner were both denied extra portions by two different catering vendors.

Came here for training, a lot of great information. I will definitely be coming back for more advanced courses.

FANUC is the industry leader in robotics and factory automation. The Rochester Hills facility is a great place to visit to see the latest and greatest in robotics, machine controls, and robomachines. The new customer experience center showcases the products and many application uses for them in a permanent show type environment that allows visitors to fully experience what FANUC has to offer.

WOW, please train your people in customer service! Nancy in CNC is rude, not helpful and hung up on me ..mid sentence. SMH!!!

Jon Burt, my instructor, was very informative while keeping the tone light and encouraging interactions. My before knowledge was very very basic and now I feel I can walk away with with a much stronger understanding that will benefit be greatly both personally and professionally. I highly suggest you take advantage of any opportunities to train at this facility.

Was there for Basic Teach Pendant Programming Class taught by Jonathan Burt, great facility, and amazing instructor. If you are involved with Fanuc Robotics at your employer definitely check out their training classes available.

If you need to learn robotics this is a great place.

Vary relaxed setting, personnel vary friendly, enjoyed near by scenery of a river that runs next to the building. My instructor was thorough in teaching my course.

Traveled there for a robotics programing course. Beautiful facilities great food and the training was spot on.

I have not had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this company professionally, but I live in the neighborhood just down the way and normally will walk my dogs past the facility. SEVERAL, waaay too many times, have the employees nearly hit myself or, god-forbid, my dogs.(It's gotten so bad, I once had to desperately yank my dog back from a vehicle with no intention of stopping) I've reached out to the company who assures they are taking measures and I have reached out to the local police to watch the area, but I am at my last straw. The employees here are selfish, inconsiderate, and UNSAFE! Beware walking past this place. YOUR LIFE OR THE LIFE OF YOUR PETS MAY BE IN DANGER!!
