Fantasy Springs Resort Casino Reviews

I was bitten by bed bugs when I stayed at the resorts hotel. They did not want to do anything for me. After complaining to the hotel then to the host then walking back to the hotel then being turned away walking all the way back to casino host again and being told they have nothing to do with problems with the hotel I went back to the hotel requested the manager. I explained to her I was not happy. I let her know in order not to get these things in my car and house everything I took into the room had to go to the laundromat she agreed. She then told me she couldnt do anything for me. I was complaining she told me she could give me a $30 food credit. Since it was all I could get I agreed to take it. But I would like to know how a food credit is supposed to assist me with not transferring these disgusting and painful bugs into my car and house. By the way I am allergic to these things and the way that they have effected my psychiatric state of mind is beyond ridiculous. I have never had a problem here before and I sure as hell did not have these bugs before my stay. Their customer service in regards to this matter was below my expectations 100%. They acted like i was bugging them or something.

I love going there for the bingo and to play the machines.its a nice casino to go to. Different places to eat and enjoy.

Fantastic gem in the desert! Hotel rooms and staff are fantastic. Gaming floor has full range of classic and new games. Great variety and quality of dining options and entertainment venues!

Really like this casino, its well lit and they have a lot of games.

The first time I went I want plus if they play $20 you get to play about 60 free slot play or 40 I'm not sure it seemed pretty nice they had a motel with a nice pool area

Good casino with great entertainment but the non smoking section of the casino is tiny and only includes slot machines.

We were at Fantasy Springs to watch Golden Boy boxing and decided to grab something to eat at the Buffet. The food was well prepared the layout was great and the restaurant was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful, they clean your table off quickly and they refilled your drinks quickly.
Just outside the buffet they have a little area where bands play. I'm not exactly sure how often they are there but we saw an advertisement in the buffet that they are there starting at 7:30 to midnight. We didn't do anything inside the casino other than walk through it to get to the buffet. I'm not much of a gambler so stop at any of the machines or any of the tables or anything like that plus I don't like that Smoky smell that's always lingers in casinos. I will say though it wasn't as bad as some casinos that I have been in so they must have a pretty good ventilation system there. If you're ever in the area definitely recommend you stopping in and grabbing something to eat at the buffet

Free play, tournament 's free live music in the court yard. Handicap access and free parking. clean environment, clean bathrooms and good air ventilation. Has a good variety of slot machines to choose

It's was a good visit overall... We won a little bit of money. And that's better than losing all in all. A little is better than nothing at all...

Fun casino to try in Indio. Great incentives for first time guests. They even have a bowling ally.

I have some really nice host that goes out of their ways to help me with my awesome stay. Front desk was helpful too. I would give it more stars if I could. Ricky & Quinnie deserves a pay raise! Thanks again for an awesome stay recently when I was there for the winter remix party...

Free guest parking and plenty to do, even if you want to stay the night.
Really, I can t find anything to complain about at this great gaming resort, unless you re anti-gambling; then you simply see your concert, have a wonderful meal, and then leave.

The Lit nightclub on Wednesdays with Latin group live music was great! The club is nice even though the mixed drinks are very expensive.

Great place to play slots, Blackjack, Poker, have a tasty meal, or just hang out.. We always have an awesome time watching the live shows, we had a blast singing along with Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons concert.. I highly recommended this venue...

Stayed the night using one of the online promos. The room was spacious and quiet. Signed up for the players card which has a lot of perks. Ate at the lunch buffet the next day and everything was delicious. They had a chocolate fountain and tons of different cakes. My wife enjoyed the pool as you can go from your room right to the pool area. Will definitely be staying again when we are back in the area.

I had a great time at this casino. All the restaurants and bars are running very efficiently. My compliments to all the employees from bottom to the top. I will be back.

The $60 Freeplay for New Members is about the business

Great Place to spend a few days away the hectic LA landscape. The slots are loose and the bowling is fun. The restaurants onsite are tasty. But I LOVE Lique and Rocky Mountain Chocolate.... so good!
The rooms are nice and efficient. I wish they were a bit more Vegas'y, but the staff in total made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
Downtown Palm Springs is 20mins away and that gives a good seclusion. The pool is a dope area also and the cabanas are not expensive.

So Pound for Pound... I will be back to see a fight or concert.

I saw a concert at this hotel. The hotel and casino itself was great as well as the event center. I just wish the event center was connected directly to the hotel instead of walking outside. Otherwise, I enjoyed my visit. I definitely liked how the top level of the parking garage was also covered.

This was only my second time to visit Fantasy Springs Casino. The one thing I did like was that they had one cent keno, caveman and Cleopatra. I had not seen these offered for a long time. Overall they had lots of machines with different denominations to choose from. It wasn't too crowded but it was during the weekday when I went. I had a good time and hope to return to spend some money at this casino.

This place has a little bit of everything. It s nice and close for those in SoCal who are looking for a quick get away. The rooms are nice. The food is amazing with lots of selection. The casino and staff makes it a pleasant stay, but it s more than a hotel and casino. There s a variety of activities and entertainment. They have a nice 18 hole golf course and a bowling alley. They even host live Golden Boy fights. It s a great visit every time.

Went in just to play a few dollars, since we were passing through California...walked out with more than we put in and had a good time. The staff is super friendly, anyone we stopped to ask a question was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Also, the new rewards sign-up incentive was AMAZING! We plan on going back just to make a day of play.

Rock Yard is Kool, Nothing Like Having A Drink & Live Music

Was there just to pick up a friend but I've been there my fair share; nice casino, free soda station, not much luck for me but still go haha

Rooms very nice and clean. Enjoyed eating at Buffet. Have a variety of slot machines new and old which do pay you to keep you gambling and having fun.

Play 20$ on slots (not keno or video poker) automatically get 60$ freeplay put on club card. After that you can play on any slot including keno. Good times. Friendly staff. Nice place. Excellent golf course.

Nothing special about this place but easy in and out for this relatively small casino. Stage is small but adequate for the overall small size of auditorium. Two monitors shown stage performance was helpful as seats are mostly on flat and even floor level with not so much friendly view of live performances from audience perspective

Pool area and now hotel area are very luxurious. Pool area subject to some wind. Our food at a large function was very good and the meatballs we're off the hook

Excellent but I wish they have their employees to add more hand soap everytime I'll go to the restroom to wash my hands there's no hand soap.

Addictive personality STAY AWAY FROM HERE.... Other than that, everything here is superb...

Nice stop off freeway for some gaming. Lots of machines here and Great food to go with it. Staff was also very friendly and helpful here. Casino was clean but a little smoke smell lingered around and the restrooms are well maintained.We ended up winning 100 bucks on slots not much but at least we weren't in the negative. Plenty of free parking here which gives Vegas a bad taste. In all we enjoyed ourselves here and we will return.

This used to be our favorite casino in the Coachella Valley, but sadly they have removed many of my favorite slots (Cashman, Money Honey, Twin Win, ...)

Slots were super tightened up. We used to get more 'play', only one slot let my play go above the $20 bills inserted.

Come here for the bowling and it's good prices they took a lot of the arcade out but the games they have are fun

The location was very easy to access inside and out, the staff is very very friendly. They seem like they cared about their guests and that's what I really liked about it. I went to go see a concert and i was very pleased therefore I will come back again very soon. The location was very clean and organized

We came for boxing and after we stayed for a live band in their outside area and played at the casino. The slots were good and I would hit good bonuses. The drinks are well priced. Enjoyed everything about this casino. If you visit, you have to try a slice of their pizza!

Machines are extremely tight tried everything you're better off going to Vegas

There is no place like the Fantacy Springs Hotel And Resort. The hotel is amazing fresh and extensively clean. If safe is what seek when you are on holiday then take it from me. Fantacy Springs provides an healthy clean playing atmosphere as well as a peaceful relaxing stress free resort vacation.

Nice casino for venues, after the show there's usually a cover band playing outside!

The Bistro is Fantasy Spring's upscale steakhouse. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the staff took good care of us; they kept our glasses filled and efficiently cleared any old plates without interrupting our conversation.

I was only there to attend a concert for Turbo (Korean pop star) and didn't stay at the hotel. However, the parking seemed ample, as I had no trouble finding the parking and the staffs at the check in were very pleasant to talk to. There was a fan meeting for the group on 12th floor and the sky lounge was very roomy and had nice view! If I ever get the chance to visit this place, I'll be sure to book a room

The slot machine area could use a little sprucing up. The carpets are dingy and have a lot of spots on them. they do have a nice selection of slot machines and it's nice when you actually went a little.

Had dinner at the buffet. As usual everything was overcooked. The casino was fun.

Please practice social distancing and dont be a fool. Masks of good quality are sold there for $2.

We love going to gamble here. But don't go very often. It is very hard to win on their machines. I love there bingo hall. The games are a little too complicated now. And they call their numbers too fast. I have played bingo for 30 years and never not been able to keep up or see the patterns are on a bingo sheet.

Just go for the prime rib and make sure your choice cut is grilled for about a minute before you enjoy.

Good place to have a great time. Enjoyed a good concert. Had a great time at the bar they had live music. Prices on the drinks were really reasonable.

It took a while for me to walk around and find an attendant to help with my machine freezing up on me. And it was full of people that arent playing they are just watching other people play. I can't even get on one of the many games I enjoy playing

Nice place to get away and have some fun for a few days. They have everything you need from gym, pool, Jacuzzi, gambling, golf and restuarants. It's all here come on out and have a great time!!
