The Pom restaurant was delicious, absolutely loved the food. Had the chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs. Amazing.

I was just in the casino. It's bright and cheerful if a casino can be called that. The service was very good and I walked out a Winner!

Has large variety of slot machines, gaming tables, restarants, gift shops and the hotel rooms are comfortable. We had a great view from our room.

If you ever want to get the vegas experience, but closer. Visit this place. Lots to do and not too far away from LA.

Good casino space, machines not too close to each other, lots of slot machine options, bowling lanes provide non-gambling diversion. Chinese restaurant offers good food choices at reasonable prices with good service. Overall, good experience, would not hesitate to come back or recommend.

Typical casino, only 2 people working at the club card on a Saturday night ridiculous!! Nice place to see a concert though and pool and jacuzzi very nice, don't know about the hotel and I didn't win any money ;( but like I said, typical casino. But very pretty with bowling alley & arcade.

Beautiful outdoor spaces. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff all around, from the front desk to the servers at the buffet, to the cocktail waitresses on the casino floor. Very clean well kept casino and hotel. The buffet was decent for the price....great fruit and desserts. Great selection of beer in the casino. Pool was epic.

Much cleaner than spotlight 29 but no offers for free play, no bingo no gifts.

Great slots, music and concerts. Dining options from a Bistro to ice cream. Lots of fun promotions. Staff is friendly. Cleaning going on, temp checks at door. Every other machine off for safety.

The rooms were great, nice and clean. They also have free Wi-Fi which was awesome.

Excellent customer service by Casino host. Waitstaff and hotel staff. There are alot of fun machines and comfortable rooms with a grest outdoor pool.

Just went to Joy Resteraunt to eat.
They were Rude.
Think about it before you go.
The Hostess was extremely rude couldn't find us a seat at 4 resteraunt was empty!
Not going back.
Went to the Pon Room much better friendly atmosphere and great food.

Fantasy Springs is our local spot to get us that Vegas fix. A very clean Casino with a good game selection of tavle games and slots. They have a game room, pool, bowling alley and event center so good for family visits. The event center is a great venue for any event, not a bad seat in the house. They host top bill talent such as Caifanes, Pepe Aguilar, George Lopez and Goldwn Boy Boxing events. They top floor lounge is great for party or groups with a beautiful view of the desert and sunsets. The pool area has a bar and cabanas and great sun. Our favorite local casino for sure.

Most Parking for disabled is far from the entrance. Upon entering the casino stench from cigarettes is enough to know you over. The Bistro was closed so we opted for POM restaurant which the entrance is located upstairs then you have to go back down stairs to the restaurant. Very bizarre.

I love the lunch brunch. The food is delicious and the cobbler for desert is good.

I've haven't been at all impressed with the concert venue that is reminiscent of my high school gymnasium, but last night I did some exploring and found some gems... Lit and 12th floor lounge.

One of the few places to hang out late in Indio. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Bowling alley is attached and very accessible.

Tightest slots I've seen in awhile. No fun. Great buffet couldn't find no smoking section.

My parents and I ate at Joy for dinner. It was a 30 min. wait for a seat so we sat at the bar. The bartender, Winston, was amazing and we ended up eating at the bar. He was a great host with conversation, quick with the drinks, and great service. Will be back again to eat and see him again.

The place has some show to attractive you to visit.

Fantasy Springs has a large gambling floor with many machines. The layout is spacious. The variety of games to choose from is great. Everything is clean!

Plain Horrible first and last visit. Severe customer service from bar behind reward register center. Bartender served everyone around me and those walking up. I guess my color was to dark for Alex. And all I wanted was water for my mother who got sick from the food at the buffet. Never again!

Venue is great for concerts and shows since it's smaller.

I went to the resort casino and gamble a little bit also I had lunch stay there for a couple hours and left it was the first time being there I love it that enjoy and I will come back

I went in specifically to go to Lique. I'm a HUGE ice cream fanatic, and it appealed to me that an ice cream parlor exists that is open from 10am to 5am. I had a Road Dash sundae, and it was delish! Made with 3 scoops of Rocky Road ice cream, hot caramel sauce, whipped cream, a chocolate covered maraschino cherry, and a dusting of malt, it was an amazing treat that left this ice cream lover smiling and satisfied.

Fantasy Springs Resort is one if the best locations of the East valley to enjoy a night out, take in some live music, or just catch up with friends during a sports game.

This has to be one of favorites buffetes here in the Coachella Valley, great price great food and best staff ever!

The seating for their cocerts leaves a lot to be desired.

Me and my wife went to see a boxing match here and enjoyed it, the ring is well visible in every seat in the building

Food is ok, the Buffet is in need of an upgrade. They serve the same thing weekly so it gets boring fast. Had the same waitress for upwards of ten years it was the only reason we went. It was a shame that new management let her go. We have not been back since don't miss it at all.

Went for the Stevie nicks tribute band. The band was good. Waaaaaaaay too many security guards around. There were like 5 in view! Over all the landscaping is beautiful. There pool seems like it is barely ever used. Which is weird because it's a mid century modern photo shoot dream. If you are into taking pictures. The casino it's self was depressing as is any casino. *PREGAME BEFORE YOU GO OUT* drink prices are crazy high. 10 dollars for a shot of Don Julio. Get out of here man... It's nice that they have at least some kind if activities that are free in this dessert. So kudos for that. Did not see the hotel. So I do not know what it is like.

Great place to visit and have fun at the Casino and they also have a bowling alley. Lots and lots of penny machines. They also have one of the best Buffets in town.

We usually visit this casino whenever we're in Palm Springs. We always enjoy our time there. Lunch at Joy, then the Dragon Quick Hits. Didn't win big today, but we had fun. Joy's food is excellent. We had the share plate. Well prepared and well seasoned

Disappointed, just left the box office at Fantasy Springs to purchase 4 Snoop Dogg concert tickets we arrived before closing and waited in line. There were a couple people in front of us. They helped them and when it was our turn they refused to sell us tickets saying their system wouldn't allow him to. He then said we should just go online to buy them..Really?! The guy seemed annoyed like he just wanted to leave. Horrible customer service. Being a local business owner myself I would never refuse service to a customer who arrived before closing time.

not a casino goer but enjoyed the show of Steve Martin and Martin Short. the high school gym/auditorium style seating took some getting used to as the metal rocked as heavier folks walked up and down. on the other hand the smaller venue created a more intimate atmosphere and we laughed for 2 hours.

Very reasonable pay slot machine clean friendly people and management very nice.

There rewards club closes so if you plan on getting a new member bonus dont go at night.

This casino is great! The bowling alley is top-notch, and has been bowling on the weekends. The buffet is incredible, featuring foods from all around the world, and a huge dessert bar (with a chocolate fountain, no less!)

A very comfortable and clean place to stay. The rooms are very nice with a great view of the pool and with extremely comfortable beds. Truly a lovely oasis in the desert.

Friendly staff with comfortable room and bed. Nice pool area for swimming and relaxing. Next time will try the golf course.

Concerts here are horrible. They rope off all of the good seats for "locals" who sit there like bumps on a log, the rest of the audience has an average age of 75. Great for certain concerts I suppose, but I never, ever want to go back.

Dont waste your time. You are better off just donating to a charity or saving your money.

It's the best Casino in the valley.Food in all the restaurants are mouth watering. It's the place to be you get everything under one roof. Love it.

We had a lovely experience at Fantasy Springs, the employee's were helpful and polite. When we decided to eat at the buffet, the line to enter wasn't very long and we were seated quickly. The variety of food's and deserts were abundant and extremely tasty. Again, the server's were polite and helpful, our server kept our drinks full and the plates cleared in a timely manner. She even asked if we were through before clearing the table for other's when we joined some friend's at a nearby table. Our overall experience was extremely pleasant.

Great place, lots of new ga.ing, good floor plan. feels like your moving from room to room, great ice cream parlour open till 5 am.. Alwzys take home mail something from here.
