Only thing going for it is the very nice people at the front desk and arbys wendys right next door

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. Enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Just there for a meeting but the location is convenient, the facilities looked nice.

I stayed here for a roller derby tournament. It has excellent location to the venue as well as a short drive to grocery stores and target.

My cousins loved the free breakfast but the hotel was packed

I had several wedding guests stay at this hotel as part of our wedding block. We were very unsatisfied with the service. Prior to our stay, we had a guest call to reserve a room on our block. The hotel staff told her all the rooms were filled in our block. When we called to ask, the staff told us there were only three rooms booked on our block.
My brother and his wife and their two young children stayed here. They were awoken in the middle of the night by someone USING A KEY CARD TO ENTER THEIR ROOM. The person stood over their beds in the middle of the night, woke them up and asked them who they were.
Two of my other family members stayed here and they both had trouble checking in. The front desk lost the reservation for my sister's family.
The food was barely edible and had me feeling sick all day.
When we came back from our wedding, the elevator was broken.
I have stayed at several comfort inns and I have never had such a horrible experience. I will never recommend this hotel and I will be contacting our wedding venue to ask them not to recommend for future wedding blocks either.

There was an employee at the front desk named Brandon he was extremely rude and disrespectful to my family will never ever stay here again stay away!!

It was great experience new renovations room look Beautiful. Housekeeper work great And all Employee is very helpful and super friendly ! Very spacious and super clean room . the front lobby is so nice

Quiet, safe, clean. Right off of 496, good price for the stay - perfect for a couple nights or more. Seems family friendly. Free breakfast. Room had microwave and mini fridge. I recommend.

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The pool was closed for repair. The service was good. The bathroom was slightly dirty.

Clean room, the evening check in host was a bit rude. She seemed to be frazzled by everyone checking in and the phone ringing. She did extend the pool hours so our youth group could swim. Continental breakfast was OK, sausage gravy was warm and the flavor was yuck.

The staff were really nice! Especially the guy working the night shift. Rooms were clean and comfy. The bed and pillows were like a dream! And I loved the size of the TV and it's location. Perfect to turn on and relax for a movie. And I loved all the lighting options and locations. Would definitely come again!

Few things though, the toilet was a bit off and you'd experience a minor shift when you sat on it, we had 1 tissue in our tissue box, and the towels are kind of rough. Also the timer for the jets in the tub were all the way across the room, didn't like that convenience. Haha

Good place, convininent, near highway , reasonable rates

Not the cleanest place in the world. Spots on the carpet, walls. Drapes were very dirty and of course didn't close all the way. Desk called me two times about a car that needed to be moved which wasn't mine.

Do not stay here. You would think they would clean the previous guests pubic hair out of the bathroom and shower, apparently not....

Room was great. Front desk area and breakfast area were clean. Front desk rep didnt want to be there.

Nice clean rooms, enjoyed the pool and good breakfast. We were over there on the weekend and we went a little late to the breakfast area, there was no rush. They waited for us to complete before taking everything off.

Nice place but other than waking up with a room that had a bunch of ants in the room...then all the front desk had to say was that the whole place has had ant problems. So until they get that fixed only get one star.

I think everything about our stay was great. We have no complaints and liked the staff and breakfast!

As are many Choice Hotels this one was quote frumy and unkempt. At least the room was clean. The bed was worn enough that it rocked every time someone moved. Thankfully the staff was polite and helpful, even friendly. Sadly as always, the pool was closed.

It was a decent place. The Friday night we stayed the pool closed at 10, but Saturday they kept it open until midnight. Not sure what determined closing time.

The Jacuzzi suite was awesome! The hotel staff were all very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed the free breakfast, I got to make my own Belgium waffle. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

I adore the staff here. Heather, Sam, and Steven are great! Even one of the housekeepers rescued my earring that went down the drain. I highly recommend them.

To sum it up, the pool was completely murky and algae grew. The staff was rarely at the counter. And when we were checking out the staff was swearing loudly and talking about us leaving.

Cleanish hotel, so-so breakfast. Thankfully the beds and linens were perfectly clean so I was very comfortable sleeping there! The rest of the hotel could use a little work but they are currently doing renovations.

Me and my wife planning to stay on valentines night, this guys always accommodate us, best owners/management. Employees are very friendly and room was very very clean..

The location was perfect to be able to walk to the Summit building. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

I stayed in room 110 and the room was ok. I walked over to the window and the window was missing the plastic pieces that hold it in so someone had just caulked the glass in to make it stay. Not safe at all. Another thing was this room is right by an entrance to the hotel and apparently the owners are to cheap to put closers on their doors because all night when people would come in "BOOM" the door would slam,then the inside door would slam. All night long this happened. The next morning I told the person at the front desk and she didn't even care her response was well there is no manager here right now but I can have one call you on Monday. This place is a dump,the pool was small along with the the fitness room,the hot tub had sand on the bottom of it but we weren't near a beach. I would never stay here nor let my dog sleep here for any reason ever again

Fairly nice facilities, currently undergoing renovations. Public areas were clean and staff were friendly. Room itself was basic, but smelled heavily of strongly scented carpet deodorizer. The scent was overwhelming and headache inducing. Otherwise, a decent place to stay for a reasonable price.

Waited over an hour for our room to be cleaned, even though we came at the time we said we would. Scheduled a shuttle which they did not keep the reservation, and the manager refused to do anything.

Dust everywhere, holes in walls from wall anchors, wall coverings peeling, terrible patch jobs in the ceiling, tub drained slow as molasses, mirrors missing, exterior swipe access didn't work at two entrances, never again.

WARNING!!! THIEVES!! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! I stayed here on March 2, 2018. It was the ONLY time I have ever been to Michigan IN MY LIFE. In November 2018 over $400 was charged to my credit card from this place..not once, but TWICE. After I contacted my credit card company I called this hotel to asked what their policy is on check ins because they obviously DO NOT check the ID of people who are using fraudulent credit cards because the credit card is in MY possession and the lady who answered the phone acted like she was offended that I would even ask the question. She said "We check the ID to make sure it matches the credit card on every customer" and hung up the phone on me. I called back to ask for a manager...of course there is no Management on duty. I asked when one would be there. They said tomorrow from 7-3. I called 3 different times and all three times she was busy. I left my number for a manager to call me back....it's been 3 days and I still have not recieved a call back. I am going to the police in the morning. I have has enough. BEWARE!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND RUN UP YOUR CARD!! DO! NOT! BOOK! HERE!

A great place to stay good location rooms to clean staff is outstanding

Would not recommend. Chose this hotel over the Holiday Inn Express for the pool. I was taking my granddaughter and she loves to swim. The pool was shut down waiting for an inspection after repairs. No apology and nothing was said at the time of booking. Also, the workout facility is the size of a closet and the treadmill was in poor shape. The staff also parks their car right outside the front door which I thought did not reflect well.

Beds are not the most comfortable but great breakfast and overall wonderful stay

I am staying for a week while I complete my training for my new job. The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. The only complaint I have so far is the fitness room is really small. Only room for one.

The hotel next door is cleaner and has a better breakfast. I returned to my room today at 4:30pm and my bed was not made, the full trash bin wass not emptied, dirty towels were not picked up off the floor or replaced with clean ones. Someone was indeed in my room though because all of the remaining towels (consisting of 1 bath towel and 6 hand towels) were moved from under the sink to the bathroom counter...almost as if to made a point the use the hand towels to dry off after a shower). Additionally, my first day here, the floor was not vacuumed, the toilet was not cleaned, and who knows what else was not cleaned

Very nice. Rooms are kinda small but Its quiet and updated unlike other hotels. I can tell housekeeping cleans from corner to corner. The beds are comfortable too!

I visited a few friends who were staying here. I wasn't here long enough to really get a feel for the place, but everything looked nice enough.

The rooms were nice but I'm not a fan of microwaved breakfast .

I could here the pipes running water all night. Hard to sleep. Prices where inflated due to an AAU tournament.

This place has bed bugs and I have bites all over my body and my child, and I am still itching and I will be suing. I recommend not going here.
