My child see s Dr. Garcia. I can not be more happy with her assistant named Tabitha. She is absolutely wonderful. She is kind and considerate and thoughtful. She has talked to me when I am worried and stressed about my daughter and has eased my anxiety and worries. She is an awesome person!
I took my new immigrant mother under the care of A Cnp . The nurse assistant asked couple question about her medical history. And do the basic measurement after a minutes of waiting CNP came she listen to her breathing / heartbeat and ordered her an antibiotic. After a week her cough still there so we went back then she ordered a chest X-ray.! Next couple days we received the bill from them $293 for the first day and $ 90 for the follow up. The office did not call us back about the result of her chest X-ray but when I tried calling the office I received no answered from a real human. So I leave a message twice about my mother chest X-ray result and if she can prescribed medication but no response at all after a week of her X-ray. So we went to urgent care and cost me more. Very disappointed . Lesson learn just go to promedica or St Vincent
I used to like this place Sara Webb was a great care giver then she left no notice we got stuck with next Dr who took her patients guess we got lucky bc Scott Lee was great too then we got no notice he left as well and we got stuck with next Dr inline Dr obu OBO not sure spelling not only is he a jackass telling patients that it's our fault the referrals that were supposed to be made since Dr Webb we're followed through on they were never made bc of changing drs ever 2 months he also saw my husband on a sick visit Friday didn't send his meds to any pharmacy I called staff left VM on Monday no call back left another Tuesday trying to find meds and left complaint to patient advocate never got call back get a call today from pharmacy finally they got his meds but it's the wrong damn script it's not the write dosage and note was it discussed with my husband and I the change was going to happen on something he's been on for over 3 years again no one's responding to my messages staff nor Dr nor advocate this isn't how you handle patient care I'll look for another Damn facility with better staff since all the best drs have left and noone respects the patients rights
We visited twice to this clinic Navarre park health center under the care of CNP DeBruyne. I was charged for preventive medicine for $258 which is just couple question about the symptoms, no medicine involve and $ 90 for the follow up visit. We just went their because i though it is a cheaper health center for uninsured patient but its a over priced service. Never again
This agency lacks communication between personnel & empathy for their patients. They don't return phone calls. In order to get ahold of my PCP I either have to go into the office or write my PCP a letter. They do not respond to my pharmacy when they request a refill. I have to go into the office or write my PCP & ask her for the refill!! One time it was my high blood pressure medicine I needed to be refilled. I could of had a stroke!! I have called & asked for a referral to a particular physical rehab & a month later they sent a referral in the mail to the wrong rehab. So I contacted the rehab facility & they were able to get a referral directly from my PCP. One week before I was done with rehab I received another referral in the mail to the WRONG REHAB AGAIN!! I have had nothing but problems with NHA since they bought out my PCP's contract. IWOULD NEVER RECOMMENDVTHIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! They have no problem putting their patients lives at risk. I will be filingba complaint with Medicare & Medicaid & recommending they no longer fund this agencies services.
