I've been going too family health care for over 15 years. Dr Walker has booted me because I complained it shouldn't take 2 efforts to remove 1 wart. My last visit he wouldn't help me with my depression, just said I was angry. I'm suicidal... and they kick me out? Stay away!! No help from them! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Dr. Goodreau is the very Best and the staff is fantastic. I've been a patient here for several years. I Recently saw Dr. Brockman who provided wonderful care to me for a health condition. These are the kinds of Doctors that All Doctors Should strive to be!
I love the inside of this place. And My Dr is Veerappa. He is very good and very friendly. He actually listens and tries to help you with any issue however he can in his power. The staff is very friendly as well. Big rooms for wheelchairs and kid friendly.
Whenever I need to see the doctor they were able to get me in the next day each time. The staff is friendly and the doctors are amazing. They are caring, listen and very helpful. Im thankful for Dr. Maclawrence for listening and helping me getting thru what I felt like no one could help.
I would give the 4-5 stars but the office staff always seems stressed out and the wait times are always extremely long. The Doctors are good at this practice but the office staff can come off as rude. It is apparent they are under staffed and need more help. I do like that I can get an appointment quickly however the wait time can be extensive. I've waited 2 hours before. It's nice that they try to get a patience in, but that creates problems with the schedules. Once I'm in to see my Dr. he takes his time and doesn't rush. I have confidence in the doctors there. We have had problems with them and paper work...again the office is understaffed. They need more help.
Dr brockman is one of the best doctors ive ever had. He's there for the people 100 percent. Very hard to find dr like him!
I love the warm and welcoming facility. Doctors and staff are very friendly and accommodating--you can tell there is a lot of dedication and care in what they do. Dr. Blu is such a darling, and I absolutely adore her! She's very thorough about the diagnostics without being impersonal or having the feeling you're being talked down to. As a matter of fact, she is very down to earth and easy to talk to!
Wait times seem long sometimes. Dr. Veerappa is a good doctor.
Dr. Veerappa has been great. He is upbeat, listens, empathetic, and combines medical knowledge with common sense. The medical group can provide services on weekends. I used them once for a serious respiratory problem and Dr. Collins aggressively and appropriately treated me. Staff seem to work well as a team. In today s medical atmosphere, they are refreshing.
Do not trust the staff of this facility to do their jobs. If they refer you somewhere and specifically tell you its due to them taking your insurance, do yourself a favor and check personally. I drove 40 miles to find out my insurance wasn't accepted by the facility they referred me to after being specifically assured by Family Health Care staff that it was the whole reason for the referral's location. I trusted that this individual did their job.
I lost money from gas, copay, and time off work and now have to start this process from scratch. When I spoke to the Family health care staff again did i receive a "sorry" over the inconvenience due to their mistakes? No, I was told it's my fault and that I need to do the legwork and check the insurance since they cant find anywhere to refer me to now.
They say this is a common mistake yet did not warn me or advise me before wasting half a days pay and gas. A simple phone call or warning could have saved me a lot of inconvenience, but the staff doesn't even take responsibility for their mistakes or try and make them right. DOUBLE CHECK EVERY REFERRAL, cause this staff wont. Very unprofessional.
Worst customer service ever, it s been 3 weeks I seem my doctor and the person in charge of prescriptions haven t send it to my pharmacy . I called in 3 times left message and no one return my calls. Appointment desk are rude and don t care for patients.

I absolutely love Dr. Bluyshteyn! She s been my Dr. for several years now. And she has the best bedside manners. She actually listen to what I m saying. She goes above & beyond to get me the specialist I need to help me get well. The staff is also very friendly & helpful.
