Hard ti get sby information ovrr the phone. When i asked whether they sell laptops, confirmed they do. Then when i asked where i can come and have a look they said they don't have showrooms. Then when i asked about the or the prices, it becomes never ending list of questions not related to laptops.

REGARDING JACK AND JONES CLOTHING SHOP at ccc

The guy wearing specs at the Jack and Jones shop behaved really rudely. I wanted to gift a T-shirt to my husband so I bought a tshirt. As it was a surprise gift I teared half of the price tag hoping he will love the tshirt. But he didn t like that colour so we went to change it. The guy told us to select another tshirt and then he came to me and asked did you tear the price tag. And I said yes and he rudely said that next time make sure you don t do this mistake and these are international tags in a rude tone. He should have told the same thing politely. This guy spoke to me rudely just for just a piece of paper. Then my husband apologized him that I did it unknowingly. We were polite to him. These sales people should know how to treat their customers well. We pay thousands of rupees for their brand and we are loyal customers. Very disappointed and will not shop again.
