Me and my brother stayed in this hotel in the summer of 2017 and have to say that EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL! Normally I always have something to complain about, but here I find nothing. On the contrary: the receptionists (especially the brunette, built man with black hair), the cleaning team, the chefs, waiters, entertainers, etc. were all great, the food fantastic, the pools and rooms clean. Clear recommendation from me!

Even before the big onslaught on Antalya, I could enjoy the many amenities of this - also so fantastically located - hotel.
Wonderfully attentive and hard-working people are constantly trying to pamper their guests.
Unfortunately I had to start at the beginning of my 14 days. To live through a partnership problem, in which I have received exceptional support from the tour guide ITS, Mesut Altay, as well as the wonderful guest supervisor Elif.
For the two and also the hotel management and the security my heartfelt thanks.

Staff are so hardworking and friendly. The location is brilliantly close to the airport. The 4 elevators are enough, you might have to wait at peak times but we never waited longer than 1 minute (people who write something of 10 minutes probably don't have such a good time feeling)
Outside there is food and drink on every corner all day. Waffles Chicken Wings Burgers Fruit Burritos.

Top hotel, everything is great here, and you don't need to reserve beds on the beach. Enough beds, if you just make sure to have breakfast at 7.15 am you don't have to run and at 8.15 am there was plenty of beds on the beach.
And in the evening you don't have to run for your evening meal and tables and plenty of room if you go for dinner at 8:15 pm or 8:30 pm.
Overall, the hotel made a very good impression.
Rooms are nice and clean and the reception staff is also very friendly and helpful.
We booked all inclusive and maybe it's a general problem: the food looks really great .... BUT IT TASKS OF NOTHING ... It's just for the eye .... Mass production and the alcoholic drinks are of course not original either ... But that is often already known.
The bed was only made and the bed linen was changed after speaking.
The staff at the Fame Cafe ("Can") is quite unfriendly and constantly annoyed ... That was annoying at first ... otherwise the waiters often avoid eye contact ... have enough to do ...
For small children there is a baby pool and also a mime club (here they paint and do handicrafts with and without the company of their parents. Every evening there is a mini disco for about 20 minutes.
So it's nice ... But there are a few things that should be improved.
First of all hotel is not respecting measures against Covid19. It is working with full capacity like everything is 'normal'. At the beach sunbeds are very close to each other and people are acting irresponsoble because there are no hotel personel who will supervise it. Hotel only put everywhere desinfecting utility and thats all. In the elevator in which 3 person are recommended - enter over 10, because elevators are terrible slow! And again hotel does not care about measures!
No measuring temperatures during 10 days of staying (except upon arrival).
Food for babies - forget about it. They have only 1 stick mixer (dirty and not working well) without bowl (it is not possible to mix food in the plate)!!!
Personel in the restaurant is providing you food, when you ask to put more in the plate it is like they are giving you something personal that they own.
Some of them are very unpolite.
Mosquitoes are horrible, my little baby had over 20 sting (ended up to doctor due to rash), no help from raid. Hotel with 5 stars without nets!!!
As mentioned due to very big crowd you must wake up early in order to grab sunbeds (however a lot of drunk people coming later and take your sunbeds), also due to not supervisers who should manage it.
No one is speaking english, at the beach there are security and lifeguards that are not understaning the word in english.
Generaly totaly dissapointed with this '5 star' hotel, especially as most comments that I read before my trip were positive, however truth is totaly different based on my experience from 10 days ago.

Good hotel, very helpful staff. There is a children's pool with a playground nearby, there is crippling and slides. There is another playground with swings and slides right on the beach. Everything for leisure at the hotel: bowling, bowling, bars, restaurants, swimming pools, disco, cinema, spa and wellness ... and much, much more

We are very dissatisfied with this hotel! That was definitely the last time. We arrived and our rooms were not even ready! Then they told us that our room was ready at 18:00, our room was not even cleaned! The rooms are very dirty and very unhygienic. I would not even give this hotel a star, as you have to give this a cheap star. I'll never be back! Thank you for NOTHING!
I went for a meeting in winter time. The air conditioning was a bit poor, but the meetings went smoothly. The rooms were tidy and adequate enough, I liked it. TV broadcasting is profitable, but the TV is 42 "LED Samsung. Meals and desserts were mostly overly delicious, I couldn't get myself to eat meats, hummus, olive oil, pumpkin dessert, lettuce was even delicious. I have eaten raw dew the same hotel, interesting, but except for the exception, of course.

The hotel is good pols and a nice beach the staff overwhelmed Grade the waiters some are nice the rest you can beat in the bucket as the guests are full of russin disrespectful and still praised who at the buffet make the dishes overly crowded and do not even eat properly how sad everything is thrown away.
The price-performance ratio, the staff and the service I can only recommend. We were Vim 15.-29. October and were very satisfied. We will definitely be back.

Great place to spend your free time, really. There are lots of activities for everyone (for example: bowling, bilard, bingo, live music, dart, sauna, haman, water gym, gym, and even more). The best in the hotel are workers.
This hotel is simply superior, the food is great tasty during the day there is always a place where you can eat and of course drink coctails is also no problem they just have it so here you do not need the wallet at all and they have very nice swimming pools

We had vacation there for 10 days.
Transfer from the airport worked very well there and back. The hotel + area very clean. The pools were very clean. Service very helpful and friendly. Every day attractions in the theater area. Food very varied, Turkish as well as local.
The hotel's own shops are very nice and don't want to turn everything on without hesitation, as is the case at the Pasar in the village and which is very annoying.
We are very satisfied and will be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the hotel. Food was very bland. There was enough, but somehow it was not good. Long lines. The hotel was just too crowded. Facility is very nice. But also getting old. Animation was super boring in the evening and extremely loud. No change. Will not visit the hotel unfortunately.

Very large hotel with a great, very large pool. The food and the desserts are excellent. Hygiene 1a. Beach area and pool area are well maintained. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. With safe.
