It was our third visit to akka in three consecutive years.everything is awesome and great there.the ambiance ,cleanliness,quality and quantity of food,prompt and quick reply to any request,professional staff,unlimited activities for all ages and last but not least the kids club...and many more

Foccused a lot to acomodate russian tourists, quite limited English to communicate more Russian and German. Music boring - old, focused on older people, entertainment team no where to be seen, evening programme extremely boring or I would say there is no program at all. Therefore rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. Good TV channel selection. Easy commute with Antalya. Nice food selection, staff not super friendly but if you will pay them tips they will become very friendly. Superb coffee house with variety of different coffees to try. Gym is ok for daily workouts.

Everything was great, the food ...
Everything was great, the meals were super entertaining types of alcoholics employees, especially the animation team. Would definitely come again. I would like to plan more and have a wide holiday. The guests are always the chosen people, not the weird types.

It is a very nice hotel where you will collect good memories for your holiday with its employees who offer a clean and good service with a magnificent beauty sea view.

Beautiful hotel. Has everything you need. Super spacious rooms. Huge pool area. Daily daytime activities and evening entertainment programs by hotel staff. Very family friendly. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food is amazing.

Nice hotel with a lot of chillout areas like the Turkish cafe, lot of places where you can get food all over the day. Fridges with cold beverages right on the entrance to the beach. Stunning pool.

Beach is ok but with many small stones. Rooms are clean but a little old fashioned.

Rest at this hotel was pleasant and easy. Upon arrival there were slight difficulties with the number and taking into account my wishes, but they quickly fixed it. The service in the restaurant is strange - they don t clean the tables until you finish eating, so plates and other garbage accumulate.

Outside is good, inside is not very. The rooms are dark, old and shabby - do not get fooled by the photos, plumbing works poorly. For example, the toilet was constantly leaking and the drain in the shower was blocked. It is very sad with the capacity of the hotel - the rooms can accommodate a huge number of people, but at times there is no free space in the restaurant. All the sun loungers are occupied by enterprising visitors in the morning and are empty all day, but they can t sit down - they are occupied with a towel, for some reason the staff does not check this. In both cases, it took 10-20 minutes to wind circles with a plate (restaurant) or things (pool or sea) to find a place. It turns out that in order to sunbathe normally, one must also let go to the same level. But for children, of course, paradise - pools, animators, slides. The food is excellent and they cook something at any time. Cocktails are generally good. Score 2 out of 5 and it is unlikely that the pros will block the cons.

That's just great. Food and drinks plus leisure activities at a high level. Staff is great. And all inclusive.

The hotel is really top level (in Turkey). Good food, spacious rooms, great service. The rooms may seem old-fashioned, but the beds are excellent, the plumbing is new, the air conditioning works. Wi-fi is a bit weak, but this is the inevitable evil of a large hotel.

Firstly I would like to mention that it is a very good family hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the service and the variety of products in the bar, the fact that all the hotel staff is friendly and the animation team is very concerned and friendly will be a big factor for me to choose the hotel again. The fact that this hotel does not compromise its 3rd development and service quality and team spirit understanding is very appreciative of the fact that they work very carefully considering all the suggestions. The beach and the sea are constantly being cleaned, but as a suggestion, it is better to prevent the garbage coming from the boats from coming to the beach. Other than that, we understand from the comments we read should not take into account unnecessary complaints. This is an old hotel that left its former gloss ten years ago.
To begin with, our whole family, including grandfathers and a one-year-old baby and many other guests of the hotel, suffered from a severe intestinal infection with all the ensuing delights of this ailment. Minus three days of rest plus gastritis as a gift.
If you want to lose weight, you are here. The food is not tasty. Everything is dry, stale and sluggish. In the main restaurant, as in the whole hotel, the air conditioning system does not work .. this makes staying in any room except the lobby unbearable .. Bad chef .. the most successful and delicious dish turned out to be pasta ..
Grill covered with smoke conveys bitterness and stench to food. A terrible crush near food people literally hunt like wild ones swoop down on food.
The rooms are old, the bed is terribly uncomfortable, the plumbing is dead, the air conditioner is stupidly blowing warm air back ... they did not react to repeated complaints ... even in the room there is a persistent smell of burning from the grill. ..something to find out. Bath towels are gray from time to time .. fungus.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms were already a bit old, but still fine. In winter, the animation is kept to a minimum. But I would like to mention Ceyda at this point, who was particularly concerned about the German guests. Unfortunately, I can not award a 5th star, because everything is designed for Russian guests.

Staff very helpful. Plant very clean although it is a bit older. For children a lot of possibilities to make the day. Unsuitable for vegetarians. At the buffet no indication whether it is a vegetarian dish. Generally very little selection of hot dishes for vegetarians. The few dishes for vegetarians is qualitatively nothing special. Since the Barut Hotel chain is at least twice as good and qualitatively much better placed. Know the Turkish cuisine very well and all Turkish food reasonably authentic or delicious. In fairness, I will say that in Akka Alinda, which is part of the Akka network, prices are lower, rooms are smaller, pools are smaller, but the range of food is higher (for 2018).

This hotel is by far one of the best in Kemer. The garden is well maintained and the staff was very nice and friendly. The daily program and the entertainment are a bit large and small. The beach area is also in an excellent condition and the sea is crystal clear Hotel rooms can be seen, always clean and tidy.

I liked everything very much! Will definitely come again. Very responsive and helpful staff! The group of animators is the best! Murat from the group of animators is a great fellow and a professional in his field! A wide variety of food and everything is very tasty! Every evening interesting programs for children and adults! Cool, family run hotel. Well-groomed, green area with tall pine trees. Stunning mountain views. Tasty food. Cool animators who do not bother. Responsive staff. On the volleyball court there was pebble, after a few wishes, in two days they brought soft sand and equipped a beach volleyball court. Just super! In the evening, great entertainment. I m happy to be back here with the whole family.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days during the holidays, of course, there are minor deficiencies, but with the good intentions of the staff, I wanted to stay again in the middle of August, but the prices increased by 1500, so now we will be afraid to make a good comment.

The activities are going on every day and we always have fun and the employees are very friendly also the food is very tasty, the pool is very big and the aqua park is very nice and the theater place is very big and also fun and everything is very clean.

Absolutely top hotel! We didn't miss anything: We relaxed very much. The staff was always very friendly, the food was great, as was the drinks (all branded drinks !!!!). The huge pool and the beautiful beach were wonderful and invited to relax. The spa area was also great to really switch off. We will certainly not be there for the last time.

This hotel is my favorite hotel! The all inclusive main restaurant is open three times a day and varies each time. There is a lot of choice in terms of food. Full of pools (indoor or outdoor) there is everything you need! Full of different bars (whether for drinks or ice cream, waffles, coffee shops) stores inside for forgotten objects of the house. (But I recommend you go buy in town because you will find the same things for bcp cheaper!) The only problem, the seabed is filled with pebbles which prevents swimming. But for that there is the pool

Akka antedon, a good Hotel, very pleased with the rest, no minuses, I liked the animation team, participated in activity water polo and volleyball, the restaurant is excellent, everyone takes what he wants and how much he wants, good territory and compact, there are 7 slides, one of them it's a boomerang.

We stayed between 29 July and 2 August. a preferable hotel. I can say that the price / performance relationship is balanced.
The hotel consists of 3 blocks. We stayed in the 1st Block. The closest block to the restaurant and main pool. We had a half mountain and half sea view. The location was fine. The old decor and furnishings of the interior of the room are not visually spectacular. There is a curtain in the tub. These are the minuses. Soft drinks, mineral water, beer, soft drinks and fruit juice are available in the minibar. Tea set and biscuits & pretzels were also offered at extras. Bath tubs are complete, from toothbrush to shaving set. There are also bathrobes. Also, because it was our second stay, we had fruit and wine in our room.
The reception is very polite and friendly. They greeted us at the door, the first impression was good. I have never filled out my own form in any hotel, including akka alinda. It was the first time I filled out a form in Antedon, the ETS attendant or hotel attendant could fill it in the off-peak period. I am not writing as a deficiency, but it affects a situation and impression that we are accustomed to from other hotels.
The hotel's garden, location and beach are very beautiful. It's not in a huge area, so everything is close. There is plenty of wood. Mountains, sea and greenery give you peace of mind. I did not see any lack of cleaning in public areas.
The quality of the drink and its brands are really successful, for example new raki ala, gordon & befeather as gin, olmeca tequila, chivas & jack daniels whiskey, tuborg, carlsberg etc. etc. There are good brands. They give beer and colas in bottles, I think this is a good opportunity. On the other hand, cocktails are not tasty for such high quality brands. I attribute this to the bartenders being periodic. Also, whenever I wanted a cocktail in the evening, I had no supplies left at the beach bar and I got it back. If it is over, it needs to be renewed, that bar is open until 00:00. This is also a shortcoming. Also, I didn't like Turkish coffee. They were cooking in the old style coffee machine with plug, I don't like that flavor. There is a coffee house called Cafe Predo. The coffee varieties here were fine.
The variety of open buffet meals is sufficient, the taste is very good. The place is like a buffet in the open area where omelettes & toast are made in the mornings and grilled in the evening. Since there are no fans here, employees sweat a lot. Seeing that sweaty image gives a negative image in terms of hygiene. The smiling faces of the employees are also falling, this should be corrected. In addition, pancake sisters make omelettes in the mornings. I think there is a deficiency in this issue due to not being a cook. It was as if the number of employees was not balanced against the potential during the holidays.
I loved the appetizer alacarta. 20 kinds of appetizers, warm starters, mixed grills and desserts are offered.
I can say really bad for snack. The menu is minimal, the service is bad. Space is insufficient. We wanted Antedon pizza, 3 lines of ingredients were written on the menu, but a slice of sausage was divided into 4. Many times our order did not arrive, it was delayed. Once it was said that it was forgotten and the kitchen was closed when we reminded it.

Let's talk about the most critical issue I found to be missing in customer relations. I did not see any security guards around. Each hotel has a security guard on the pier who kills a life. was not here. It came out of the wind and flew over my friend. If they did not hold it, the rusty and sharp place would be stuck. The lifesaver left the umbrella at our feet. There is nothing to ask for my remembrance nor to check other umbrellas instead of connecting. The duty manager and customer relations listened to this notification in detail, took notes, apologized, but did not give me any notification about the action taken. Moreover, I did not see any security guard on the pier.
I found the animation team successful. The waterpark is small but sufficient.
After the evening shows, I didn't like the live music performed as an after party. There should be more successful groups.

We had a better week than we thought. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The hotel staff and animation team were very concerned. Rooms are clean, dishes are of good quality. As a recommendation, sun loungers by the pool can be changed. It was not ergonomically appropriate.

In Akka antedon for the first time and very impressed with the hotel. Large and warm and most importantly clean pool. New water park. Very funny animation and very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are large, cozy and comfortable. I like evening shows, professional dancers are impressive. Delicious food, with a lot to choose from. But the canditer was disappointed. Beautiful and large area. Very beautiful landscape! The mountains are mesmerizing with their beauty!

When it comes to the resturant, the food is varied every day, but the sweetness is medium sugar ... waiters, invisible atomic ant. Very careful, serial, respectable and kind.

1-Beach towels card.If you forgot your card, they send you back to the hotel.
2-Beach and pier in a cold drink cupboard konmus.Caniniz coffee or tea if you want to go a long way to go to the main cafes.
The hotel rates me 4 stars.I will not choose a place more.

5 star as it Says, excellent service and amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. I recommend to go all inclusive as the food is quality and available more or less 24/7. I would definitely come back to this hotel and suggest others to book here if haven't already :)

I am very pleased! Great hotel, very polite staff and a huge park for walking with children! The rooms are clean with good furniture and appliances, always a full mini fridge, soft bed, beautiful view from the balcony. The food is delicious, in the evening the bar has live music and a kids club on top. Everything is super!

We went with my wife for 1 week at the end of May, our guests from Ukraine joined us, even though it was my first experience in all inclusive holiday, I was very pleased. The dinners were very nice, there is a bar in the garden per step and the drinks offered are top quality, I can say no. It has a huge immaculate pool, the jetty sea pattern is again wonderful. There are sections that appeal to those who want to relax or who want to have fun. The entertainment was terrific every day during the day and after dinner. The animators are very sincere and respectful, and I express my respect especially to Ridvan. I will definitely go again.

I am visiting the hotel with my family for the third time and enjoy it a lot! Fantastic animation team to spend the day in various games and night shows to look at. Great overall service, room and catering. Would advise everyone to visit!

Great athmosphere and very kind and lovely staff and service! The food tastes really good and as I wished before it's traditional oriental style and not european food. It's the cleanest hotel I ever visited you can't even find dust in corners. The furniture is very comfortable and high-class! The beds provide perfect sleep!:) There is a great offer of included activities even outside the hotel for example hiking into a canyon with a beautiful river. The hotel has good infrastructure and connection to the nearby towns were you can go shopping.
