Food is good, service is awful and rooms are terrible

Very nice rooms, everything was clean. Food tastes, service is attentive and very friendly. The drinks, except for Caj and Raki, are not exactly delicious, as we have experienced much better in other hotels. In some areas there are long lines.
Very nice is the pool area. There are many imaginative toys at the children's pool and at the playground on the beach. Broken things should be disposed of. Sometimes it gets very loud in the evening. In particular, occasional noise from the neighboring hotel disturbs immensely. The street is also clearly visible, even in the rooms with sea views.

Very large kitchens menu..large garden with poll .. nice beach.

The quality of the hotel's meals is very low. Service provided was insufficient.

The best hotel in Lara! 1 week we had a very nice vacation in the hotel spent. Top and very friendly staff. The room was very nice and very clean. The food (all inclusive) delicious. Many different dishes. Daily nice animations. The sea is nearby at the hotel. I would recommend this family hotel to anyone.

A very nice hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We are here for the second time and reluctantly.
When you check-in you don't get your room until 2 p.m. and they came towards us. We got our room at 11 a.m. because we had already been here. The room is very neat and clean and we like the food. The conclusion is ALWAYS HAPPY ...

The hotel is nice! Spacious room ! Poor food! The cleanliness in the dining room leaves much to be desired, poor services! It is not allowed to ask for a juice at 5 stars and to be told that the dispenser is broken! Then get up from the table, YOU, as a customer, and bring your own juice from another device! Some stinks! Only one waitress, Elena, was nice and attentive to us! Grade 10+, Elena !!! Only the prices remained high, the services decreased !!!

On the whole, we were satisfied. The pool area and the grounds are very well maintained. The hotel makes a clean impression. The staff is very friendly and helpful, except for the department heads and management who look through the guest. The sea view rooms are spacious. However, already a bit getting old. The curtain hung from the strip and under the peeling wallpaper was mold. The quality of the food left much to be desired and generally the food was cold. The dishes often dirty. Very disturbing were the very many Arbischen guests, unfortunately had no food culture and behavior. We stayed at this hotel twice as the transfer time and location are optimal, but a third time we will not be back. Five stars, one is too much.

The hotel is ideal for those who want to have everything you need to relax on hand. There are many green areas with Mediterranean vegetation on the premises. Beach directly on the premises of the resort. Super pools, slides, lots of attractions for children, delicious food, clean and pristine everywhere, beautiful interior design.
The hotel is located in the suburbs of Antalya, which can be reached by city bus.
Actually, there is nothing to cling to, which rarely happens :)

Great price/quality ratio. Everything you can think of in a hotel is either good or excellent. WiFi speeds however were very slow. This is not a factor to deduct a star however.

First impression was bad (arrived late with delay) but they compensated well.
Good service and nice staff, whole complex is clean and tidy.
Location is great 15 min from airport, shops within but also 2 min outside complex various shops where you are guaranteed to succeed.
Food is just good, you can eat tasty and varied food from morning to evening.
Room was clean and not outdated (new room) with nice bathroom and mini bar where unfortunately no beer or soft drinks

Animation is also good every night and a different show every night.
Entertainment also around the large swimming pool.
Many swimming pools have been created, almost all run through but still several islands,

After bad communication starts between TUI and me. Very neatly resolved by the hotel through a room upgrade. Beautiful room de luxe with some things that are broken here and there. Hotel looks neat. Slightly dated. The swimming pool looks beautiful at first, but is seriously in disrepair, stucco is coming loose in many places, under the wooden bridges loose electricity cables, unplugged power strips, loose lamps in the tunnel, stairs that are loose, etc. Lay a towel every morning at 06.30 / 7.00 recommended, with the food make sure you are at the door on time! There is really running and pushing and pulling! NOT LIED. Many Dutch Turks present in the hotel and especially young men with a lot of testerone, men of 25 who look / whistle at daughters of 12/13 years old is NOT done.
Watch out for the balding young waiter in the bar! People regularly throw something in the drinks, I was completely out of bed for one evening and that with 3 radlers ..... The shops in the hotel are far too expensive and the ones in them are very rude, women hiss, laugh you out, and just out loud, hotel staff don't do anything.
In Lara I have been to Toikapi, Kremlin Palace, IC Green Palace and Residence, Saturn, and Concorde, but Fame residence is the worst of the list, at most 3 stars in my opinion. I will not be back. Not to Lara anyway, the town attracts a little too much sex-hungry young Muslims.

Good and cozy hotel. Rooms neat and good service. We have a wonderful holiday only the WiFi may be present on the entire site now you have the best connection in the hotel but not at the pool. We also find the animation / entertainment a bit meager. Furthermore, a super good holiday and a hotel where we will probably come again.

The indoor pool was very small. The food was very bad according to the price. We went relying on those who say good food, even in some pensions is more beautiful food.

I feel like I'm in Hollywood, the hotel is a dream. Our first week was like a seventh heaven. With our 80 years we felt like we were on a honeymoon. Service, food and cleanliness are unique. We spent there with friends a very nice holiday the hotel is a very nice and relaxed hotel at least when we were there it was very nice and relaxed day the food was really Herrvor Ragend and it started at breakfast with super delicious rolls and great omelets.

Mooi hotel, kamer ietwat gedateerd wat geen ramp is want je bent de gehele dag buiten.Wel voorzien van goede airco. Zwembaden zijn ruim en speels opgezet met hoogte verschillen en ruimt zat, nadeel blijft mensen die bedjes reserveren met hun handdoek, officieel mag het niet maar er wordt niet op gecontroleerd. Ook op het strand ruim voldoende bedjes zowel in de zon als de schaduw. Eten is ook goed met een ruime keus en vriendelijke bediening.

The worst decision I made is to make a reservation at this hotel. I made an online reservation and paid 550 . When I got there I was told if you want to stay here you pay more 20 for each night !!!!! I said no and they didn't give my money back. 550 for nothing !!?! You were rude and unskilled. If there is less than one star I will give it. Racists place. You ruined my vacation

Very bad service, i have pay 120$ for photos and the hotel photographer Alex has give me one blank dvd . Everywhere only see women covered with burka same as Syria.Staff upset that no longer serve. A big mistake to go there

Nice hotel right on the long sandy beach of Lara. Great area, rich food, very nice staff. There is nothing to criticize here.

The complex and the hotel is very nice but apparently people can't manage it. Always eat the same. Customer requests are not really catered for as in the Limak Lara or Adalya Elite. I would not stay at the Fame Residence again

Great hotel we had a great holiday despite the heat that exceeds 40 degrees. Friendly and attentive staff. Hygiene of the premises nothing to say. Great view of the room on the beach and pools.

Well well well. As an instagrammer (chalang86) and as a travel lover, I usually give a version of my experience of my trip. This time it was the Fame Residence Hotel in Antalya during the period 15 April 2019 until 21 April 2019. Below I describe the various elements that are important to me during my stay in order for me to have a good holiday. Please note that these are my own opinions! That I think some things were less good is because I compare with other hotels I have been to in Antalya.

# Hotel location:
The hotel is very well located. Outside there is plenty of shopping. The hotel is also located on the beach and has a nice beach. About 15-20 min from Antalya Airport.

# Rum
Good and fresh rooms. The bathroom was also very fresh and all the bathroom items were plentiful. The minibar was less good. Water, some soft drinks and milk were in. Other hotels such as. Liberty Hotel in Lara usually has much more.
We had two rooms and in both rooms you could hear people upstairs walking. It was very disturbing and usually disturbed my and my fellow traveler's sleep!

# Pool area
Cozy pools. However, the water in the pool was icy cold. No heated pools. This may be because they do not do so until after 1 May. But I think you should think about your guests. No service by pool area. Other hotels like Delphin and Liberty there are always waitresses who asked if they wanted something to drink. Water slides were perfectly OK.

# Restaurant / s
food and restaurant are for me an important part of my journey. Two years ago I was at the Liberty Hotel during the same period, and there the hotel had a theme every day. One day Turkish, Italian, Mexican etc. Fame had almost the same every day. Except for a Turkish night. There was also not much choice like many hotels in the Lara area.
The food tasted good. the meat was good. Bad rice.
Fruit was the same every day and I have to give it the worst rating. Apples, pears and oranges every day. No other fruits! We missed bananas, strawberries and other good fruits found in Turkey.

One night I wanted to try Tantuni (google the name) and there it crossed the border. A long female hair was in it. Half ended up in my mouth and half left in it. Very disgusting! Announced the waitress and according to him they took it to the chief who was going to take pictures.

The workmanship of the waiters was very disruptive! Before finishing the food, they came and asked if they would take the plate or the glass. You felt stressed while sitting and eating.

Despite the low season, there were also long queues, for example. omelette, pasta or grill. Put in more resources!

Another bad thing related to the restaurant was that the chefs or waiters did not listen carefully to what was being said, they wanted to do the job quickly. For example. was the only time you wanted Cola With ice, you always got without ice.

Orange juice for 2 Euro! In many hotels it is free.

For breakfast I really liked the good Kaymak and honey with simit made in the hotel!

# Activities
Under all criticism. Of course it was not high season and cold outside. But on the hot days, no activities were done except for darts. We heard how Concorde and Grand Park had fun activities out there.

# Social media hotels
I follow most hotels in e.g. instagram and thinks that Fame is very bad at advertising itself. Last year I made a video about Delphin Imperial (Youtube: Chalang Al-Mofty). I brought my equipment to Fame with me too. But felt that it was not worth it because the hotel itself does not do much advertising for itself.

So ... Will I be returning to the Fame Residence in Antalya? Answer: No. Not after the restaurant incident and how much I was disturbed in my room by the tramp sound and not after it is almost the same food every day.

I have been to Topkapi Palace twice, Karvansaray lara, Liberty hotel Lara, Delphin Imperial, Delphin Palace and Delphin Diva, Sheerwood, Royal Wings and Sea Life. In Side, I've been to Pegasos World and Lake and River. Of all of them, I think Liberty hotel Lara is number 1. Then follows Delphin hotel and then Pegasos and Topkapi.
